Avoid this location I at all possible. I have gone frequently and had nothing but problems. Some of the employees are good but more often then not they are all brand new at this location. I had a girl ruin my brand new extensions by massaging them Inta a huge tangle and then cry for 45 minutes while she tried to get the dreads she created out. They had to actually remove my extensions to fix he problem hey caused. I had a hair and makeup appointment I had made and I cancelled the hair appointment but they made the makeup for a time that was too early and even though I called and had a conversation that morning about the times time girl didnt catch the problem so I areived for the makeup to have no appointment and worse, a very rude front desk person who was basicly smug and smiling at me while telling me there was no way to get me in. I have given them many chances out of convenience but honestly the fact they cant get me In after this is not the worste problem since they have done such a bad job many times on my makeup services in the past.

I get my hair done maybe 2-3 times a year at this location ... I was scheduled to have my hair and makeup done ... unfortunately I had to cancel the makeup service, which I did the same day as the service ... I understand some businesses have same day cancellation fees and I understand why they have them, but at no time when I called to re-schedule did Sarah mention there would be a fee nor did the salon make me aware of it before I had my hair done ... its $10.00 and I dont go very often ... Ive never had an issue with any of the stylists so Ill continue going, but I believe its in bad taste and bad business to not let your customer know a fee was added until after youve already had your hair done ... conveniently, the owner had just left and the fee could not be removed

The space was really beautiful, and the environment was very calm and pleasant. I had the groupon for a blowout, deep conditioning, and 10 minute scalp massage. It was obvious I had the groupon for all three services and I was disappointed because I did not received a scalp massage at all. I believe if youre going to advertise something it should be done without question. I will not be returning to Primp and Blow. Ill try another blowout bar before going back.

Ive gotta say, I was very disappointed in this place. Adrianna was really nice, but everyone else, not so much. All the other girls that worked there kept staring at me; They were clearly judging me the entire time. When I arrived to check in for my appointment, I was treated as if I walked into the wrong place and did not belong. I left as fast as I could and will never look back. A little respect wouldve been nice. You get more with sugar not vinegar, girls.

I had a wonderful experience at Primp & Blow. I loved the way my hair turned out but even more so I loved that they made me feel so welcomed and appreciated. I will be back again and again and I will refer anyone who asks (and maybe even if hey dont ask )

Local. Convenient. Well run. Welcoming. Always do a great job. I get the make up done before video shoots for my company and they know what theyre doing so I look professional. I recommend them for business and personal both!
