I will never go back there!! ALWAYS ALWAYS make sure the woman cutting your toddler BOYS hair knows what the hell shes doing!!!!! She BUTCHERED my sons hair!! I had to walk outside just to keep my composer. She took a whole patch of hair out of the top front of his hair. When I called her out on it, her response was his hair is like that. Um no his hair is NOT!! So to make her story better she took another chunk of hair out on the outside?! One side burn was above his ear?! And when edging it out in the back it was an INCH above his hairline?! I had to go to Sallys next door to get clippers to fix the monstrosity of what she claimed a haircut was?!?! I MEAN IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO CUT TODDLER BOYS HAIR THEN DONT DO IT. My sons will be wearing hats until it grows out. THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE THIRD WOMAN NOT CHARGING US FOR IT. The coupons she gave just went into the trash. Because if theyre just going to hire people who have NO CLUE how to cut hair then theres NO REASON to go back!!!!!!

Checked in online at 3:20 and it said the wait was 25 minutes, come in at 3:45. It said there was going to be a little wait but it turned out to be a lot more than a little wait. We were finally called at 4:34 to have my daughters hair cut. 2 separate groups of people walked in after us and got their hair cut while we waited.... only 3 people cutting hair. Terry was with a customer that was getting something special done but had to wait while solution was in the ladys hair. Why couldnt Terry cut hair while waiting for the other customer to finish her 25 minute wait???? Terry is loud by he way. Her voice just pierces through the shop. Very disappointed on service and speed. I checked in online to avoid a 49 minute wait.

My mom Trena went to Athena for a hair color correction, due to an upscale salon messing it up. Athena corrected the color by removing the ash and adding brown lowlights. She was charged 1/2 the price from that of the upscale salon. All the girls here are very sweet and professional. I love this Supercuts!

Pointer is in the wrong place. Ive submitted a correction to Google and it should be applied shortly. To get to this Supercuts, go to the Walmart in North Ogden. (On the west side of Washington Blvd after North St.) Travel about 200 feet east of the Walmart entrance.

Im not going to be coming back here. Made an appointment for a simple haircut in the evening and they made me wait more than 1 hour, didnt even bother to help and kept getting distracted and walking over to other people.

Friday night and only two girls working. 60 minute wait... Theyre Spending more time talking than working. One guy took 40 minutes for a typical cut. Never coming back!!!

Just awful. Kept calling and someone kept picking up but would not answer. Got there and was turned away for not making an appointment... Never going back.

Great haircut, great price, great staff! Athena did a fantastic job on my hair.
