Checked in online with an estimated wait time of 10 minutes, I arrived with about a minute to spare on that and let them know I had arrived. I noticed my name was the only one on the list, it still took an additional 30+ minutes until I was taken back to begin my haircut. The haircut did turn out well, but the experience took much longer than it needed to for how busy they were.

I like a businessmans haircut, which is what I got. Allison did a great job trimming it neatly around the ears and blending from the medium sides to the longer top. Then as I requested, she feathered the back nicely so there is no line or square look. Some prefer that, and Im sure she could do it that way if preferred. But she took time to do it exactly like I like it.

Good place to get a decent, cheap haircut. Sometimes my experience is 5 star and sometimes only 3 star. It depends a lot on the individual stylist. But overall I rate it a 4. And there are regularly coupons in the mail for great clips which makes it an even better deal.

The girl cutting my hair was rude, disrespectful to customers and employees. Im glad my hair grows so fast, she butchered my hair and I left with my hair being a sticky mess from some spray she put on the back of my head. I will not return.

Most of the time I like Great Clips. I did have to return recently to get my hair redone, but for the most part they do a great job; especially for the price.
