The haircut given to my kids was only okay (edit got home and haircut was terrible) and there was absolutely no attempt to clean the hair off my son so instead of going off to our next errand I had to take him home to clean off all the hair. Secondly the online check in is an absolute joke. There were 10 people "signed" in and we were told an hour wait. Okay no problem we leave and come back 30 minutes later to an empty shop. Not one of those who signed in showed up. In between one of my kids one of the online check in showed so they made me wait another 20 minutes while the cut somebody elses hair. While we waited. What a joke. You can sign in online with no commitment and never show up yet you can walk in ready for a haircut and not get in. I sat and watched 6 people leave due to misleading wait time because if those who checked in online and no showed. What a terrible way to do business. Will not come back. Dollar cuts a block away is cheaper and treats customers better. Anyone involved in business knows the value of the returning customer. This place does not.

Beware the early check in oblivious worker! Signed up online, first time EVER, and it said I would be ready to go in 12 mins. Showed up about 15 mins later. Sat for over 30 mins. I would have got in "next", as I arrived, but one of the hair dressers walked off the floor for 10 mins. I went and asked another of the workers where she went, she replied "I dont know". She comes back 10 mins later and right then someone else, who had checked in online ahead of me, walked in. So I got bumped. Another hairdresser was working on a guys haircut the entire time, gabbing. His hair looks like mine. Mine takes 15 mins. She was clearly taking as much time as possible. After realizing that "12 mins" meant 45+ I walked out. This was seriously like an episode of Curb your Enthusiasm or Seinfeld. Poorly run shop with oblivious workers. Looking back on it, its funny how many things went badly. That said, no reason to ever go back. Fix your app, and tell your workers to notice theres several people waiting and theres no reason to ignore people.

I love this location. They have such a friendly attitude. I especially appreciate the manger Megan. She does an amazing job coaching and training her staff. She gets along with everyone that comes in and serves everyone with a smile. She is the reason that many of Lehi frequents this location. Megan also does such a great job cutting hair. You will not be disappointed. Often I hear many of her staff say nice things about her and ways to treat customers. I am a faithful customer to this location. Do everything you can to keep that manager!

I have a normal hair lady for my son but she was sick and I forgot spring school pictures were the following day.. I went to the Lehi great Clips, I showed the lady pictures of how his hair is cut and I told her to cut a hard line down the side and she didnt do that.. She make half of his hair way longer than the other.. I will most definitely go somewhere else next time.

Bethany cut my hair and did a great job. Before she made cuts she asked how I wanted it. My hair was rather long and itd been six months since the last cut. She was polite, courteous and professional. I was confident Id get a great cut in her skilled hands and I did. My wife always comments and she says my haircut looks great! Thank you Bethany and Great Clips!

I saw the rating, and didnt go in expecting much, just had to get a haircut today and before work. However, I love how they have a profile for all customers. They did a great job on my hair, and there was constant conversation, none of the awkwardness I usually get at other places. And for $14 its a good deal, considering other places. Ill be back for sure!

Employees are rude and the hair cuts arent very good.Ive been there 4 times one time the employee threw a fit and was mad at the other employee while I was in the Chair.The last time I went in I was told it would be 20 minutes. 30 minutes later a woman came in with 2 boys and they moved them around me.Needless to say I left and Ill never return.

The hours of operation for Saturday were displayed incorrectly online. Upon arrival, 30 minutes before the posted close time on Google, the stores open sign was still on. Yet when I entered I was told that they were closed and offered no explanation. It was a waste of a 20 minute drive and an all around unfavorable experience.

Prices are not that great, haircuts are not Great. It may be great clips. Some of the staff are friendly. Do check in online for fast service. You are not missing out by not going here. This place is not clean. You can see where hair has been cleaned up and where it has been missed for cleaning for months. honestly gross.

I didnt have any problems with the management last time I went there about a year ago they got my layers perfectly and I showed them a picture of some side swept bangs. They cut them exactly like the picture. After a week by bangs finally settled down and they looked great. Coming here again to get a pixiecut

Terrible service, even worse haircuts. Please avoid this place, save yourself the aggravation. The staff are completely incompetent and careless. They will not follow your instructions and will provide a sub-par cut; no thinning, terrible blending, no hairline blending... Just avoid this place.

This place was horrible! Could barely get my brothers buzz cut correct! I had to go in 2x just to have them get it right the first time. Would avoid at all costs. There are so many other places out there, and this one does not deserve your business.

Son went in to get his hair cut short it has been long from a musical and asked for 1" on the top it is now 1/2" and he looks like he is off to boot camp. When I asked her she said that is an inch. Go back to school miss your measuring skills suck.

I tend to avoid these types of places but for kids, I dont mind. Ive taken two of my sons and the stylists there are abrupt, cut too short, and act petulant like youre wasting their time. I wont go back...theres no reason to.

New Management! Megan (Manager) did a fantastic job with my hair. I loved the advice she gave me for my hair and she was so genuine and straight forward with me. I am recommending her to more people for sure. Awesome experience.

They just recently changed their management. Its a new and happy environment! The stylists are nice and happy. They give great haircuts, listen and give you what you want! Very happy with this store.

I got about eight inches cut off my hair and they did a horrible job at making my hair the same length. I had to cut my own hair in at LEAST 3 different places. Not going there again
