I have tried getting my children an appointment with this location for weeks now. Either they do not answer the phone or they tell me that they cant make the appointment because their computer system is down or they are completely booked. I spoke with Tiffany, who continuously called me "honey" in a very condescending way. I am twice her age and thought this was extremely rude and disrespectful. She stated she made an appointment for the Brickyard location for my two children, however, after being on the phone with her for over 15 minutes repeating my childrens names to make an appointment she said their new computer system crashed (ha! Havent heard that one before!) yet assured me the appointment was made and that she would call me back. I called Brickyard and the appointment was NOT made and she never called me back. Avoid this place and grab your kid a balloon from the grocery store and take them to super cuts instead. Youre better off. This place is a joke!

We love this place! My 2 year old actually asks to get his hair cut, he likes it so much. They have a cute little slide in the waiting area to entertain your toddler (works for mine) while you wait and when youre paying at the end. They let the kids choose their favorite car/airplane to sit in, from those available. Then your tot/kid can choose their favorite Netflix show to watch while theyre having their hair done. It really helps take their mind off of any discomfort (for mine at least). All the stylists weve had have been excellent with my son -very kid friendly. When hes done he gets a balloon and is happy as clam with a great cut. We schedule our next appointment and theyll call to remind me before it hits, which is always helpful. A great experience with great staff. What more could you ask for?

I would leave a 0 if it was available. I made an appointment for 12 to get my sons first hair cut. We got the checked in waited 40 minutes until it was our turn. My son was nervous and couldnt decide what he wanted to sit in, he asked if he could go potty. We came back from the bathroom, the stylist had taken another kid. My son was ready right after we came out. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Their service sucked, there were only 2 stylist they kept taking walk ins when there were plenty of people there with booked appointments. I thought they would be more understanding about a FIRST hair cut. The place is soooo dirty, hair stacked up in the corners, no disinfecting going on after hair cuts they just blow the hair off with a hair dryer. Dont waste your time or money. We will not be returning.

I absolutely love Cookie Cutters! Haley is amazing with my little toddler. She makes it a fun experience and lets him safely feel the trimmers so hes not afraid of whats happening. She makes it such an easy experience for me and my son. As for the place itself, they have cars, planes, and animals for seats to keep the kids occupied while their hair is being cut, and each chair has a TV in front so they can turn on a show on Netflix, PBS, etc. Theres a slide / play area for the siblings to play on, and the kids get a balloon when they leave. Its genius! Any bad review couldve been due to employees that no longer work there, and there are multiple employees at the location. If you dont like one person, try another. You should definitely check them out!

Went to the Ft. Union location to get my 2 year old sons hair cut for the first time and the lady was not warm at all and my son was scared so we could not get his hair cut. When my husband and I apologized several times she did not respond except for a snotty look on our face. She made us feel like we wasted her time. They will never get my business nor will I recommend to friends and family.

I asked my 4-year old daughter to give the review, and she says: "Cookie Cutters is great because they make me look cute and beautiful!" Appointment was great, we were in and out without a problem. A little pricey, but after the Great Clips disaster on my 1-year boy, this place is well worth the extra cost. They are my older kids favorite place. They are going there until theyre 17!

My 3-year-old son loves to get his hair cut at Cookie Cutters. It is never a problem to get an appointment and we are almost always in and out with no problems. The stylists are great with kids and my son loves the slide, movies, and balloon he gets after each cut. It is well worth the extra money to get your childs hair cut here. No tears, no drama, just fun!

The only place to get a haircut for your kids. Fun place. The chairs are fun for the kids to sit in. There is a play area so they can be occupied if there is a wait. Id recommend setting an appointment as they are busy. Pictures of what you have in mind are good to show them for the hair cut.

My daughter was a bit traumatized in losing several inches of her hair for the first time, but the lady was really fast and efficient. It is a bit expensive, but for the chairs and TV they get to watch, it makes sense. Ill definitely come back here. :)

My kids love coming here vs a normal barber or salon. Thats because they give you a balloon, piece of candy and you watch cartoons. What kid doesnt want that? But they do not know much about girls haircuts. They basically give bowl cuts.

Ive been so happy with how they cut my sons hair everytime! Ive gone there 3 times and I plan to keep going back. They also store your kids haircut info so anyone you see will know how to cut your kids hair.

Horrible customer aervice from the gal working at the Ft Union location. Rude and snotty. Me and my hubby walked out. Never going again. Heard good things so thought we would try it out, bad choice!
