WOW! I am loving my new style and cut!!! For sure I would recommend Great Clips by Ridleys the other place ( dollar cuts across the street ) has NO idea what theyre doing and some of their stylists literally throw tantrums if a guest chooses one stylist over the otherᴬᴺᴰ ᵀᴴᴱᴺ ᶜᵁᵀ ᴸᴬᵞᴱᴿˢ ᵂᴴᴱᴿᴱ ˢᴴᴱ ᵂᴬˢ ˢᴾᴱᶜᴵᶠᴵᶜᴬᴸᴸᵞ ᵀᴼᴸᴰ ᴺᴼᵀ ᵀᴼᴼ .. Smh ANYWAYS Shelby/Brandy at great clips new exactly how to style me hair adding layers, making some parts kinda feathery AND some how made my hair look fuller, where it had been going thinner. Amazing layers that flow across my forehead without even adding any product. Thanks for the great Cut Shelby/Brandy!! (Idk what her name was the handwriting on her certificate by the morrow was kinda wiggly I think it was brandy thats what it said on the receipt)

While I love the convenience of Great Clips - especially with online check-in as Im in and out in 15 minutes usually - the sylists at this location are just great! They just seem to be more experienced, organized, etc. Ive been happy with my cut every time here. The Lehi location left me with a bad experience (new/distracted sylist?) that I had to clean up after I showered off at home and couldnt stand even after letting it grow a couple weeks so I came back to Highland and they never disappoint.

Theres a high turnover of stylists at this location, it also seems like there is some ongoing conflict between employees here (you can sense the stress and tension) its extremely busy and often understaffed wait times at night are crazy.
