My experience with Regis Salon has been TERRIBLE. The first time I went, it was amazing!!! I had a stylist named Darci Jacobus, and she was AMAZING!!! She really took the time to get to know me and my hair! And was very knowledgeable about the products I needed to use to help with my dry scalp and frizzes. She was a stylist that took the time to cut my hair RIGHT, it was GREAT! She really made me feel like my haircut mattered, and i mattered, I wasnt just another dollar to her.... She and I got along GREAT. I even scheduled a follow up appointment with her for 8 weeks later. A few weeks before my appointment I received a card saying they where closing their Fiesta location, and she even took the time to call me and make sure I would be okay with going to her new location in Gilbert....When I went to Gilbert they told me that Darci had been let go and insisted I get my hair done by a better stylist", it was a DISASTER!!!!!!! They where RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY!!! I am used to a salon being at least somewhat CLEAN AND TIDY, there was hair in piles on the floor, hair (other than my own) in her brushes, and the over all salon cleanliness was disturbing!!! I honestly believe the stylist could have CARED LESS about what she was doing to my hair, it was honest to god the WORST HAIRCUT I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE, DARCI IF YOUR OUT THERE, HELP, THE WORLD NEEDS MORE STYLISTS LIKE YOU, AND LESS LIKE WHATEVER THE SALON MANAGERS NAME WAS IN GILBERT!!!! If you ever come across my missing stylist, hold on tight to her!!! you will probably never find another like her....

Lauren performed nothing short of a miracle on my hair. I had gone to a high-end salon in Scottsdale and had my hair cut and colored. It was more of a disaster than a style. I gave the person (considered a senior stylist) freedom to do what she thought would look good to my hair. I went home mortified. I wanted it fixed but was afraid to have anyone touch my hair again. After two weeks of misery I went to Lauren at Regis in Gilbert to see if she could fix the damage that was done. Lauren did wonders for my cut, color AND my self-esteem! I highly recommend her. Also...word to the wise...if someone wants to try a technique called "shredding" on your hair, and then tells you it will take 3 appointments for your hair to look good...RUN FAST!

They will give you one price as you walk in, tell you that you are getting a specific price, then bait and switch while you are there!! Once they have your money they will lie and change their stories (even if you write down their conversations) until they justify their costs. Costs are simply ASSUMED never stated!! Be careful. Also they did a really bad job!

I tried to dye my hair myself with box dye and it turned out horrible! I went to Regis the next day to see if they could fix it. I was a little nervous, but four hours later, my hair is exactly what I was going for!! Cody fixed it and made it look even better than I imagined. I definitely recommend Regis Salon and Cody. He is a miracle worker!

Amy is the BEST!~!!!!! I would NEVER let anyone touuch my hair but her. She took me from LONG to really really short and no matter how often I came back was alway pleasant and helpful. I am now back to a medium length and my color is still WONDERFUL. I get complements on the cut and color all the time!! I love it here!

Lauren is great, did a wonderful job on my hair & is a sweetheart. Ill be going back to her for sure. I chatted for a bit with the other stylists at the front desk at check out & they all seem very nice. Very comfortable atmosphere. Thanks!

Walk in before close, they say they are closing in 15 minutes, at 640 but they refuse me a haircut even though there are no clients in there. If you are open until a certain time you should be open until that time
