Today I was thoroughly disappointed by the overwhelmingly unsatisfactory customer service and prioritization of the staff at this location. I had arranged an appointment online for my haircut to take place no more than twenty minutes after the time of the reservation, this all having been done while I was still at my home and preparing to leave. I arrived ten minutes before the appointed time and checked in again at the front of the store, making them abundantly aware of my online booking and being told now that the wait would be an additional ten minutes after the original reservation stated I would be serviced. this stipulation provided by two walk-ins who arrived between the time of my booking and my arrival. This is fine, I waited again and another customer arrived (Without any online reservation). Now my online reservation was supposed to be serviced almost fifteen minutes prior and the time I was given when I arrived at the location had expired by five minutes and this newcomer was still taken before me or my father who found himself in the same position. It is clear to me that this location upholds zero interest in its own integrity and I have no reason to return here. I have a short window during the day for such things as a hair cut or a meal and today that window was thoroughly wasted. If you are searching for a hair cut, I promise you there are better options in Fountain Hills and other locations which will honor their own online reservations.

My hair was chopped by Laurie. I told her to take one fourth of an inch off, she took 3 inches! Of my hair then it was cut crooked and longer on one side. She also cut the front poorly and uneven!!! I am so angry. Three inches off my hair and it says in the notes to only take 1/4 inch off. I told her verbally to only take 1/4 inch off and showed her too. How incompetent! And unable to follow instructions! My hair is a mess and I have before and after pictures to show how she chopped it. I am so angry at this place for ruining my hair. It doesnt grow very fast and it took me over a year to get it that long.

Another Epic Fail for Great Clips. Unfortunately, this location is unable to honor the online reservation system. Not only do they not honor the reservation, but actually will serve walk-ins -- who have confirmed they have no online reservation -- who arrive *after* you (after you have been waiting 20 minutes past the reservation time). If Great Clips cares about its brand at all, it will reconsider licensing to this location, or ensure that it honors the reservation system.

Great Clips App & service is FRAUDULENT. The application allows you the "check in" and advises you how long your wait will be. However, today (November 9, 2014) their employees told me that they could not honor this time in any way or form-- instead, they service customers as they come in. In this particular case, the 1-2 minute waiting time advertised became 24-40 minutes. In other words, their app is no better than driving to their location and walking in the door.

WORST HAIRCUT EVER! Ive been to this salon for a few years, and have always happy with the results. Today (24 Feb) was horrible. I have a line across the back of my head, showing that no effort whatsoever was made to blend the length of my hair. I look like I had bowl put on my head. I forget the name of whomever cut my hair, but she needs to go. Very sad.

All of you who posted complaints need to get a life. Go live in a hole because you obviously do not know how to live in the real world. FYI patience is a virtue the world does not revolve around you nor does time. Great Clips has a time limit for haircuts (which is not good) but if you get a stylist who cares more about quality then its definitely worth it!

What did I like about it? The area was nice. The workers? They could be so much better. I think my stylists name was Bianca? Not sure. But her attitude was NOT ACCEPTABLE. Very rude, and she doesnt even know how to listen to the customers request. Not planning on going back, until the employees have an attitude check.

Great place but never go on weekends the girl named Bianca that cut my hair messed it up she was really rude didnt pay attention to what she was doing i toke my son in for a second chance only to hear her negative attitude. Very disappointed

Cant seem to get the same haircut twice in a row. When they did get it right I told them to note it, so they can do it again next time. Next time in butchered... way too short. I do not understand.
