My husband and I are regular customers at a Seasons. Weve come in for couples massages often for the last several years and have even included a prenatal massage once, which was nice. Ive personally purchased different services that they offer, as well (hair cuts/colors/styles, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and makeup application), and participated in a "monthly membership plan" for several months a couple of years ago. For the most part, were fine with the services offered here. I cant say that Ive been blown away by superior experiences or customer service, but Ive never had truly horrible experiences, either. Well probably continue to use their massage services for our weekly date nights if they are available when we need them and our other options are not, and Ill continue to have them as a backup when my regular lash girl isnt available. Im happier with another hair stylist Ive found for my cut/color/style so I dont think Ill use their hair services again, and I found the makeup application to be an extremely mediocre experience/result, so I probably wouldnt go back for that, either. I did have to come back once for a correction with hair extensions application, and they did a good job with helping to make sure my concern was addressed and that I was happy with the fix. I WOULD suggest ensuring that you verify more than once that any discounts or specials that are being offered are applied when you pay--Ive had at least two experiences (one just this week with the 15% off of lash extension service) where I specifically mentioned the discount or special when I make my appointment AND as I pay, was told that its been noted, but then notice that it wasnt applied when I receive my receipt in my email. It hasnt been a big enough amount or has happened often enough for me not to return, but it was definitely irksome (especially since there has never been a problem when I request that they add in the gratuity!) Ive also had one experience of being charged more than the price advertised on their website for a service, and have had a couple of mistakes made as far as scheduling (for example, booked a massage for the 25th of March only to find the receptionist had actually scheduled me for the 25th of APRIL--luckily, I found out when I had to call to cancel, not when I showed up for the appointment), but small mistakes like that happen anywhere, and that hasnt really been a trend with my experiences at Seasons. Overall, Id say Seasons earns 3 stars for our experiences there over the last 5 years, and that my favorite service that they offer and that Ive tried are probably the massages.

I went in for my first hair color. I wanted a dark purple. When I heard the lady talking about mixing purple pink and black I got worried and asked her to please make sure my hair didnt have red or pink tones. She said we are the professionals thats what we went to school for let us do our job. The lady was more worried making my hair color purple and having me hate it than I was. I wish she would have just done purple and I wish I would have looked at the back of my hair because she never showed me. I was pleased as I was leaving because from the front the front view it did look purple but when I got home and saw the pinkish brown tones throughout my hair I was disappointed. I paid $150 of my birthday and Christmas money I had saved plus gave a fat tip trusting that after a week if it still wasnt what I wanted that it would be fixed. The owner told me there wasnt anything they could do. She was very rood and said if I had come back the next day they could have fixed it but because I was almost at my two week mark she wouldnt fix it. I even had photos with the date in my phone for proof that my hair wasnt purple in the back. The store owner is a crook and tried telling me she saw the back of it when I left the shop and that because I was happy with how it appeared to look that she wasnt going to help me out. If she had really seen the back of my hair then she would have noticed it wasnt purple. Their mistakes not mine I asked for purple and now have pink all because I left it up to the "professionals". On top of it all the owner was roodly cutting me off while I was trying to speak to her about my issues but she didnt want to hear it because she already got their side of the story. The manager who I spoke with just before her said she can give me a free die but she could help me out with a toner. When I told the owner that she had mentioned it the lady denied that she had said that. I think Ill stick with dying my own hair it looks better costs less and I dont have to deal with being swindled and treated with disrespect.

I bought a tanning package at Seasons. Plain and simple- I got ring worm from their beds. Ive tanned at multiple places in multiple states and never once had a problem. This absolutely disgusted me. I am not a dirty person and was mortified that I had ring worm rashes on my skin. After careful review, I traced the ring worm back to their salon. I dont believe in making a huge deal out of things so I called the owner to let her know. I just wanted her to be aware so she could monitor, or at the very least, tell her employees that they need to focus on cleaning the beds more. I told her that I didnt want it to become a problem and have this happen to someone else. I didnt yell or ask her to refund all my money. I simply asked for the remaining $20ish back that I had left to use and obviously would not be using. The owner got very defensive and told me "we dont know that you got it from us, you could be lying, etc". She was not nice about it at all. Do you think I want to tell the world that I have ring worm? No thats embarrassing. I would understand this outrage if I was demanding unreasonable requests of refunds and saying I would file for a law suit, etc. But all I told her was that I wanted her to be aware so she could make the necessary changes so it will not happen again in the future. After denying everything and getting defensive I realized that the phone call was a waste of my time and I dont care if the salon has other issues and complaints. I did what I could to help and she wouldnt accept that. Zero stars for this place. The girls and atmosphere were very "judgy" and uncomfortable. I hated walking in each time. Obviously I have not been back since nor will I ever even for free services or if someone paid me to. have also told others in the area about this bad experience so they are aware and enter at their own risk.

I worked at this spa for two days and thats all it took to never want to step foot inside such a poorly managed or cleaned establishment ever again. Granted, I worked at a 5 star resort before this so I knew that I could not expect it to hold up to that standard, but I did expect it to hold up to basic health code standards, and it left me very disappointed. I do not say this as a disgruntled employee, only as someone who values her profession and cares about potential clients who might want to go there. I witnessed two therapists not wash their hands in between couples appointments because they were double booked (meaning one of their appointments started before another appointment actually ended) and did not make it a priority. The "foot scrub" right before each treatment is nice, but not when all that is used to clean the bowls inbetween clients is Lysol with the very same towel they used to wipe the floor water that dripped from your foot. The water machine had mold/mildew growing under the tray from never being cleaned. Everything was filthy because it is the therapist/aestheticians job to clean the locker rooms, garbages, laundry etc. and they are all double booked so it rarely gets done. If your therapist is running late, it is most likely because the owner and receptionists main goal is to make the spa as much money as possible, so the therapist was likely double booked, the room was double booked, or there wasnt any laundry to make your fresh table with so they had to wait for it to get out of the dryer before they could come pick you up. The main theme of this spa is cheap and dirty and I wouldnt ever want anyone to pay spa prices for what they get at this place.
