Alarming Truth

Okay store, with two problems; they have these Stylists there named Heidi, and also Stacie. Heidi needs people skills. For someone with such a low skill set, shes got quite an ego and a horrible attitude. She has NO manners on the phone, lazy and you could swear she hates her job. Numerous times have I been in to get a haircut and she acts disinterested and wont even make eye contact. Seriously, go to her if you want mediocre service. Stacie I wish I could say is much better, I dont know why other people here think shes so great but everyone has their own opinion. During my LONG wait in the lobby, it occurred to me, she thinks everyone in the lobby is waiting for her without fail she asks "Are you waiting for me?" because no one wants to offend her they all just say yes with the assumption that it might get them a haircut faster.This does the opposite! The wait time is 2 hours long, because of this crap you have a whole lobby waiting for one stylist. Not going here anymore, sorry, hard pass.

I cant say enough good things about this place! I have been a loyal customer at this location for over 10 years and can honestly say, I have never once had a bad haircut or experience. All the stylists are top notch and really take the time to get to know you and make sure that you are getting the cut and style just the way you want it. Stacie is my preferred stylist and does an amazing job! Ive been seeing her since she first started and she does such a great job and is very friendly and genuinely interested in me and my family. I consider her a friend. When Stacie has not been available, Ive had Heidi and she is equally as great! Super skilled and very personable. Its nice to be able to carry on a fun and normal conversation while getting a GREAT haircut. Top it all off with the amazing hair wash and scalp massage and in my opinion, it doesnt get any better than the Holladay, Utah Sport Clips! A+++++

I hate putting this review up because I love sports clips but this place is ridiculously lousy at least for me I was told it was a 20 minute wait after over half an hour they said it would be another 15 minutes so now I dont even get to have a haircut on my birthday it might have been a little easier to deal with if they didnt start sending people to break, I dont know how this business works but in all of my previous jobs we dont get to leave when theirs a bunch of customers waiting and Im a good tipper I always tip at least 50% when I get a haircut

Took my two little boys here for a haircut and it was the worst experience. We waited over 1 1/2 which was no fun with a 2 and 5 year old. They kept telling me we would be up next then someone would come in ahead of us. Both boys haircuts were Terrible. The lady basically buzzes my 5 year old when I told her we were trying to grow it out and she barely even cut the 2 year olds hair. Atmosphere there was also weird. Never going back.

Whats the point of a free cupon if its not free. $15 for 10 minutes of buzzing my head. Whatever, just wont waste my time or money again. Not to mention she went so fast that she even missed a bunch. But okay, Ill just go to actual barbers. So next time maybe honor the cupon correctly and even if it is something as simple as buzzing, still take your time.

Jo did an amazing job with a new cut that Ive been working on. I love the atmosphere and friendly vibes that the whole team puts out. The girls are always spot on with their suggestions and advice with the hair styles Ive tried and it keeps me looking fresh to death! Thanks Sport Clips team and Jo for another great experience and hair style!

Jerrica was incredible. She is very personable and did a great job cutting my hair. Shampoo and mini massage was included with the cut. I am a low tipper but I gave her the highest tip ever in my life for a haircut. The whole thing was done with professionalism and I highly recommend her and this Sports Clips. Six stars.

Didnt say a word during the haircut which isnt a big deal until she tried to get me to buy a hair product and it just so happened to be for thinning hair. I get that you need to up sale, but know how to do it without insulting people. I wont go back.

I love the place I have been going there for years..I am very picky about my haircut and my beard.. I dont know why somebody said its unfriendly.. To me I just want a good haircut... sometimes I cant get them to shut up so I can watch the game lol

I love this place!! Ive been greeting my haircut here for 3 years. Very little turn over in the staff, which is nice because my hair always looks great! I have had my haircut from nearly everyone on the staff and the results are always amazing!!!

I got a great haircut. Pleasant staff. I like their frequent "buyer" program. Convenient, closer to home. They use and sell Paul Mitchell products. Their massage and hot towels are amazingly wonderful.
