HORRIBLE!!! I havent been able to find to find a good place to get my haircut since moving here so I decided to go in since its around the corner and cheap. WORSE MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!! I needed a haircut really bad and thought what could go wrong?... Oh I was answered. I have 3 pictures of how I like my hair and better yet theyre of me so again what could go wrong?...again I was answered! The lady (whos name I didnt get and truthfully dont care cause Ill never be going back) said oh yea thats easy I can do that! Gets her clippers and says Ill start at the back. I think ok thats normal thats where they always start. She then says no Ill do the top and then goes right down the middle of my head!! There is no way from the pictures I showed that you can get that its buzzed!! She then proceeded to do the rest of my head as I sat there in shock. I let he finish cause there was no way it could be fixed after going down the middle! I paid which I shouldnt have but I was in such shock at what kist happen to me I needed to get out of there right away. I sit here writing this still in shock still not fully believing what just happened to me!

I walked in with my boyfriend cause we were going to both get our hair cut, the lady just checked him in and didnt even ask me if I wanted my hair cut. I waited cause they werent too busy and was just going to mention something when he was done but someone else walked in and she stopped what she was doing and checked the next customer in, not even making sure I was going to get mine done. Not very good customer service.

This great clips is one of the worst I have ever been to. They messed up my son hair on both sides not making them even,one is darker than the other. The back of his hair looks terrible knowing a little kid can do better. I dont recommend this great clips at all unless you want your hair to look really bad. I hope to give this place no stars wishing its possible.

Used the Great Clips App, which said a 1 minute wait. Walked in. One stylist is on her cell phone in a chair, the other is talking to someone else about personal matters. At this time, no one is getting a hair cute. They told me it would be 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, I had to leave. Poor customer service, inconsistency on the wait time with the App.

I got my hair cut at another great Clips and it was horrible. Uneven and not my normal hair cut I always get. I came here a week later once I had time, hoping to fix it and not only was it fixed, its the best hair cut Ive had in awhile! If you come here, ask for Myra. She pays very close attention to detail.

I have been to many different salons to get my hair cuts and none of them could cut it right. I got tired of paying for hair cut that I have to fix once I got home so I decided to try Great Clips. First time in 5 years that I didnt have to fix my hair after a cut.

My Fiance isnt too fond of the females that work here, they all talk with their nose held high and dont listen, then give you a cut that they think will look good on you. (Ive been in here many times) The owner is the sweetest though.

The quality of the haircut varies depending on who is cutting your hair, but the convenience of checking in online and the low price keep me coming back most times. I have never had to wait very long at this location.

Like any salon you have to know who to ask for, use them regularly and let them know you appreciate the job they did with an appropriate tip. I use this salon regularly and get a great cut every time.

Consistently poor hair cuts, but close to my home, hard to mess up a #2 on the sides with finger length on top, but they always seem to find a way
