I was apprehensive at first about going to a chain salon, but they did not disappoint. I "signed in" online so I knew how long Id have to wait, and was able to time my arrival so I hardly waited at all. The stylist I had was very professional and was able to interpret my half-thought idea, accompanied by internet photos, to exactly the style I wanted. She also discussed my hair type with me, recommended shampoo and conditioner as well as styling tips, and (though they dont do color) even helped me to get an idea of what kind of color I should do. The whole appointment maybe took half an hour and believe me a LOT was accomplished in that time. While I dont have my receipt with me, I believe the wash+cut was about $16. Very affordable. When I need a trim I will definitely be going here.

Walked in 2 min after closing and called before hand. I was leaving for two weeks out of country and needed a haircut for business. Asked politely while two others stylists were cutting individuals hair. Called as I was racing to get there. Told if I was 1-2 min late they would get me in. Ill never refer or go this this location again. This is a new location and had my haircut there 6 weeks ago. Disappointed the first time angry the second time! This is one great clips that I have no interest in going back. Not sure I really have any interest in going to other locations. Im sure they could care less about me but they lack any kind of quality customer service.

I have never been so irate about a hair-cutting experience in my life. I went in to get my undercut trimmed and was charged for a full haircut. Cherylees justification was that "she had to cut into the hair." The rest of my hair was already up in a bun, so all Cherylee had to do was buzz down my pre-existing undercut. As I was walking out with my preschooler, she and two other employees were standing together and made snarky comments about me and my kid. I absolutely would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I went to the great clips in farmington last Saturday they messed up my hair rushed me out and treated me terribly bad. I went to this great clips and the girl that helped me MILLY was a godsend fixed my hair exactly how I wanted it was very friendly and knows a lot told me tons of tricks I can do to help my hair be healthier she was just amazing I recommend her to anyone who is nervous about a hair cut!!!!

I was diagnosed with cancer a year ago. And somehow my wife found out that they have a program for people with cancer. That gives you free haircuts for the duration of your cancer treatment. So that affords me to give my stylist an excellent tip which she is well worth every dollar I give her. So I do recommend this Great Clips in Bountiful Utah

The staff are all quite friendly! As soon as my sons and I walked in, they were eager to help, and we left with smiles. My youngest has been growing his hair out for years and wanted to chop it off and donate it. The staff were all very knowledgeable about how to go about doing that. It was an all around fun experience. Thanks ladies!

I wait over an hour for a hair cut yesterday. I was signed in and the next on the list then someone walked in talked to one of the hair dressers and got seen before me, after waiting an hour. What is the point of a check in list if you just take who ever walks in. their hair cuts are usually terrible so I guess I dodged a bullet.

The employees are very kind and keep up an interesting conversation. I would rate it 5 stars except the fact that they messed up once on my hair. It still looked good, and they gave me a discount for messing up, but it was a mistake nonetheless. I will continue coming back though.

We take all our (five) kids to get their haircuts here all the time. For what you pay, they do good work. Anytime a haircut wasnt done correctly, they always make it right and are happy to do so. I appreciate that they always ask the parent what they want first.

I got an awsome stylist to cut my hair just how I wanted it, it was cut quick and accurate. She and I carried on a good conversation while still focusing on what she was doing. If I ever need my hair cut I would come back.

Had a wonderful experience with a stylist who frequently checked and asked how things looked to make sure she didnt take off too much hair. I was very impressed and will be hopefully seeing Shelly(?) again for my next trim

TERRIBLE! I was told it would be about 40 minutes. After waiting for over an hour, the stylists says she cant do layers in long hair if I wanted layers. Really!? Worst place ever!

People are pretty decent at cutting hair and the price isnt bad at all. Usually tends to be crowed so its best to check in online or you could be waiting for 15-45 minutes.
