Ive had a problem with my laptop for a week. It was switching off few minutes after turning on. I found special touch through yelp and emailed them. Robert responded to my email promptly and explained the possible problems. I took my laptop the next day and they fixed it in on the same day! So happy that I got my laptop fixed so fast. Robert explained that something was blocking my fan and preventing it from spinning. They gave me a $20 discount and I paid $85 including tax. I recommend them to anybody who is looking for good service, in short time and with reasonable rate!

I was having some issues with my business laptop and needed it fixed in a hurry. Its a little older and I was sure Id have to get a new one. If you have a business and your computer goes down, you understand how this can drive your stress level through the roof. Special touch is very near to my office, but I had never been in before. Robert, the owner was great. He got my old laptop up and running and all cleaned up by the next morning and gave me some tips on what I could do to keep it going with less trouble. They have a new customer for sure. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Robert and his team. The USB ports on my laptop werent working & I had tried different online troubleshooting methods to fix them. They diagnosed my problem quickly as my Windows OS being corrupted and helped me back up my pictures onto a USB flash drive & had other flash drives for sale when the one I brought did not have enough memory. They provided quick and fairly priced service same day without an appointment. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing service, fast turn around. Did not charge an advanced diagnostic fee like other places wanted to before getting a quote. Gave me a great explanation of what was wrong. After taking my laptop apart, he even took pictures to show me what was broken. Due to a strange laptop model there was not a replacement part to fix my computer, but I will be going back there for any other computer fixes I might need in the future. An excellent experience.

Special Touch is an accurate name for this computer store. Robert built me a super fast bulletproof Dell laptop 2 years ago that still rocks. Follow his advice and get a better working system for half the price of retail. LOVE the solid state drive so much I had him install one in my old HP. He worked his magic, got rid of all the viruses and a once useless paperweight is now super fast and my kids use it for video editing. THANKS!!!

Robert did some work for the company I work for and he really did a great job for them. He was mentioning that he had personal computers available, we purchased one from him. He came over, deleted all of our info off the old computer and set up the new one. He did a very good job and you can believe what he says!!! He is very honest and helpful!!! I dont normally write reviews but felt I owed one to Robert V. and his employees at Special Touch Computers. They diagnosed my MacBook Pro laptop for free and were honest and helpful. The motherboard was bad so I didnt have them attempt a repair. I was impressed by their professionalism. Ill use them in the future if I need a repair.
