I built my computer at home. After getting it assembled , It wouldnt turn on. I had assumed the worst. So we took it to level 3 PC. After a very short amount of time, the employee helping me got it working and told me what the problem was. He said I didnt have one of the power connectors on the motherboard plugged all the way in. He also gave me a few tips such as the most common problems with PC builds not working is something is not plugged in all the way or the some of the hardware was DOA.And at no charge at all i couldnt have asked for better service and i will definitely be coming here again when i run into any Laptop or PC related issues. Level 3 PC Repair is Awesome !

All of my experiences with Level 3 PC Repair have been beyond excellent. Theyre patient, informative, and overall they do their job well with great customer service! Firstly, I needed to clean a laptop of viruses and they had it ready in just a few days, and they even wiped down the screen and keyboard before I came to pick it up so not only did my laptop run like new, it looked new, too! Second, my brother had an iPod 5 that suddenly stopped turning on. I brought it in and they had it ready within a week. Its been four months and we havent had any problems with the iPod since. Im definitely going back to them for any future tech problems

After trying a competitor and two of their experts, I remembered the new PC repair place close to mother-in-laws home. I jumped in my car and drove over to Level 3 PC Repair and told the young man my dilemma. He said unfortunately I will need to go to your home to correct the problem. I told him I did not have a problem with that. He got my address and said as soon as he finished what he was doing he would come over. He did and fixed the problem with our TIVO upgrade that didnt work, but it did when he finished! and it has been working with no problems! I heartily recommend this company!

I am a repeat customer to Level 3 PC Repair, driving an hour and a half to do business with them. I come back because they are simply the best. The owners are extremely knowledgeable and they take the time to explain exactly what needs to be done. They have even taken photos and sent them to show me what was wrong and what was needed to correct the problem. Their prices are reasonable and cant be beaten. They do their work in a timely manner and return your property to you as quickly as possible. I will continue to make that drive whenever I need any work done on my computer.

Level Three has solved problems on three occasions since I discovered them. I found them through an add in Community Impact newspaper and brought my desktop computer to them to solve a program issue. Daniel got me back in business quickly at a very reasonable price. Today he just left after an on-site visit where he cleaned up issues and solved problems. They are helpful, speak a language I can understand (not computer speak), and make things work at an affordable price. I encourage anyone with computer issues to call or visit their shop on Spring Cypress.

Level 3 has done an amazing job! They fixed my iPhone 6 screen and went above in beyond to pay attention to detail to make sure the screen replacement was perfect! (unlike other phone repair shops I have been to) Another time I took my laptop to them because it was running slow and had some viruses, they were able to clean it up and speed it up tremendously all with getting it back to me in a very timely manor. Since then, they have fixed my cracked iPhone screen numerous times and also helped with every tech question/problem I have had. Awesome Job and wonderful customer service! Level 3 PC Repair fixed my computer and got rid of all the viruses that were really slowing it down, they set it back up just like it was when I purchased it!
