Very calm and without anger I simply state facts. I live in an old building with VERY old doors and locks that needed re-keying. I chose Anytime because they have experience in my building. Prior to having the re-key the previous owner of many years and myself who owned for 6 months, had no issues opening the front door at all in any way. I had my locks re-keyed through Anytime, which required removing the lock entirely and bringing it down to the vehicle of the locksmith and taking apart the entire door lock off the door. When replaced the new key stuck a little when turning but I was fine with that because not a huge issue. It got worse next few days, but still with a little effort I could open so not a huge issue. VERY recently after re-key I got completely locked out of my unit because the key would not turn the lock enough to allow the door to open. I spoke to locksmith about this and mentioned NEVER had this issue prior to re-key and was told its the old locks. Again mentioned never had this issue with same old locks prior and could it possibly be the taking apart the locks and putting back together could have caused it to be a small bit off causing the lock to jam. Again told NO and its the old locks and $85 to come look at it again. Being that I am confident this issue did not exist prior to the re-key I asked kindly if anything could be done to come for two mins and check it and again told $85. To me does not seem like the best service but that is just my experience and not to say anyone else would have that same result. I happen to be in a very customer oriented profession myself, so just a bit confused when someone is so adamant about not assisting someone with an issue, they most likely caused them to have in the first place. I hate being such a low star rating when they seem to have a good track record, however my experience was such that two stars are warranted.

Unable or until willing to do a simple job. First of all, sign said open but door was locked. Called the number and got voice mail. Stated my name, reason for call and my cell number. I waited 45 minutes for them to return. And they never returned my call. Needed a key made with very little adjustment. I was a Locksmith in Missouri for 8 years. The adjustment that was needed is very simple. Thirty seconds setup (if you are slow), fifteen second cut and another thirty seconds of recalibration. He said their machines can not do that. It was a fully manual machine. Then he said that it gets calibrated every couple months. Locksmiths should calibrate their machine at least once a week! He insisted I bring in my locks and have them renewed. I said no chance, just make a copy of my mail box key. Forget about the others, just drop it. After he was done, I paid him and then still insisted on having my locks rekeyed. I said if you can not make this simple adjustment with these keys, then I can not trust you with my locks! He said if I do not like his way of doing things then take my business elsewhere. First thing I agreed with him on! I WILL NOT REFER ANYONE TO THEM AGAIN!

Called about replacing a key Fod for my elderly Mothers car. Gave me a price of $250 to come out with a replacement Fod and cut a new key. Thought this was a fair price but when I had her call him to set up the appointment he told her it would be $425. When she told me about it the next day I called him and he basically said I misunderstood him on the original call... I didnt.

Many was just amazing punctual, professional, friendly, crispy fresh oiled my outside locks for they were hard to turn with my key. When I asked him about the locks he didnt hesitate he said lets take a look and oiled it.I really appreciated his reaction. Also he fixed my other lock on one of my doors the reason for the service call.MAHALO (Thank you )

Thanks to William and the young guy who came out in the middle of the night to help my daughter and myself get her car and key fixed. Not only did they fix her key they also made her an extra key as a blessing. God is so so good we worked all day to get the car fixed but God sent his two shepherd to help. Thank you all so much

Went to two different "keymakers" Homedepot and Ace Hardware and neither could copy my keys correctly. It was a specialty flip key for my car. Not only did they get the key copy correctly and awesome customer service, I was walked to my truck and ensured the keys worked before I left. 5 stars to you guys. Thank you!

Please do not have your keys made at some big box store kiosk. There is a difference between a professional locksmith and these other stores. If you have never used a locksmith for your keys you are in for a treat when you realize the level of service and selection they have. Very personable and helpful.

Great service. I had needed a copy of my key made and could find anyone on my side of town. I winded up finding them. I had been in between a phone call when I walked in. All I did was show my key and he knew what to do. I was in and out in 1 min and the copy only cost $1.07. Thank you!
