Was stuck in Palm Desert in a 2016 Toyota RAV4!....lost the key at Coachella music fest...........called a local Locksmith that worked SEVERAL HOURS on it but could not get the job done. Before he left he suggested we try Joe at B-ok locksmiths, which we did. Joe showed up a short time later and quickly resolved our problem with a replacement Programmed Key........Hundreds of dollars less then what the Toyota of Palm Desert dealership quoted me for a replacement!!! Joe @ B ok Locksmiths!! Professional, affordable, and a pleasure to do business with!!

Joe was awesome and extremely friendly! Even stayed past 6:00 to finish helping me! I went to ACE hardware to get my new car key cut and they didnt even cut it correctly. I brought it to Joe and he was still able to fix it and program it to my car! Great place I highly recommend coming here.

Joe the tech got here in less than an hour and by the time I went in my house to grab my phone and came back out he had already pulled out the broken piece. I was very pleased with his service. Offered different methods to save me some cash as well.
