I was quoted at $21.xx / 100 lb over the phone to send my engine and transmission to north California, thought to myself , great I hire a tow truck and take my palette to the Post rd location, this is where the whole experience turned into a nightmare. Customer service is non existent, they talk to you like you wont talk to a dog, after measuring my unit and filling out shipping information came my $600.00 plus bill against the $100 and smtg they quoted over the phone. Once questioning the quote came the hiding of all employees inside the offices, when finally one came up admitting he gave me the wrong quote over the phone, saying he made a mistake and quoted me like I have an account. I said no problem, lets sign me up , answer: Not possible in a short amount of time. I paid for the tow truck wasted two hours of my time, to be treated like a fool because they made a mistake. I contacted customer service when the employees on site informed me , there is no manager on location. The customer service representative at headquarters asked to talk to the person who gave me the quote over the phone, when I asked the gent, he pointed his finger at me and said wait, than walked away. Noticeable irritated , that I called customer service, he now than headed into the office trying to contact the company himself, once on the phone, he explained with erratic motions, visibly so pissed off his head almost popped off his neck. Once he went through his theatrical explanation came back to me and said there is nothing we can do for you absolutely visibly happy about the results. So I was left with no choice, but to have the tow truck take my shipment back to where we picked it up from. I used them before, but after this experience I will never use them again, and I would strongly suggest you dont use them either. Horrible service, scammer price, and literally you can feel threatened.

All it takes is one Bad Review to lose business. Was looking for a Freight Forwarder, but after reviewing this bad review. I am looking elsewhere to take my business.Their are plenty of business with no negative reviews. Forward Air Inc. Sometimes we as business owners, have to make things right with customers to avoid bad reviews. Sometimes I take a lose on a sale to make right. Gain that customer for life plus get more from that customers Positive Reviews. This is case in point. You lost me as a customer. Thanks Mester.

One the worst ccompany in Las Vegas that I have ever worked for. As full time employees they where only giving us 20-25 hours a week most of the time. I gave almost two years of my life for this company, no room for growth. Gave me a one time raise of 30 cents and so called billion dollar company and having me eat ramen noodles for breakfast. Out 7 a week day week, working 3 hrs a day with no set schedule, no job title, no respect. Last week of employment had a new phrase called employees matter my ASS.
