I would give this company ZERO stars if that was an option. The guys who delivered our large item were nice enough... nice enough to place the hugely damaged side of the box against the wall inside my house, where I couldnt see the giant gash in the box... and nice enough to tell me I needed to sign for the delivery. NOT so nice as to say, "Hey Lady, you might want to look at the damage to the box before you sign for it." Just a couple of hours later when my husband arrived home and opened the box, we discovered the damaged side of the box and found there was also damage to the contents of the box. A prompt call to Pilot, resulted in, "Were sorry, but once you have signed for the item, there is nothing we can do." I do not recommend this company.

We were waiting for delivery last Friday, called Pilot Freight no we can not make the delivery today and the earliest is Tues, I called to follow Tuesday, no sorry your not on our schedule. The best we do is delivery it on Wed!!! Annoying, bad communication in their behalf, now I say bad service. Pilot Freight lock of communication within the people who gives info to your customers, you should have a more book and communicate it to other people.! Instead of having an excuse, we dont know you spoke to. " and no apologies" just tell me we can del it tomorrow!!! Now instead of Friday, not Tuesday as promised..I have to Wait Again for the 3rd time Tomorrow!!!!!

My delivery experience sucked to say the least. Ordered patio furniture and the delivery guys brought it in and sat it on its side, box was open, didnt say anything about it being opened. I lift the open lid up and all the metal frames fell out and onto my ankle. Gave me a good sprain and even after complaining to the company, they essentially blew me off and gave me excuses.

This location has no parking at all you have to park on the other side of the building and walk across the parking lot to get to their front door
