My sincere thank you to UniRelo and especially Khushali their Director of Sales. I am happy to inform you that I used the services of UniRelo during the month of June to move my household goods from Salem, NH 03079 to Bangalore. It took the exact time they told us 2 months 16 days to reach Bangalore. I am very happy to inform you all that all our items arrived safely without any damages. Right from the beginning, when I touch based with their sales representative Khushali regarding the move and up to the delivery of my goods at Bangalore, the staff at UniRelo displayed a great degree of professionalism. Khushali took the time and gave me all information upfront about the cost, inclusions, exclusions, time-frame, customs rules, etc. and arranged for the pickup from my home in NH. She understood our concerns and assured us she will take care of each and every thing and I am happy to say that she did a fantastic job. What I appreciate is how she responded to my emails quickly and appropriately. I must also appreciate Anuradha for keeping me informed time to time about the process and status of my shipment to India. Overall, it was a great experience. We did not run into any hassles, issues or tension. UniRelo took care of our needs and so I would recommend strongly UniRelo for shipping services from USA to India. I would like to thank the entire team of Universal Re Locations from bottom of my heart for shipping my packages without any damages from Minneapolis, USA to India. The entire team has done an amazing job in collecting the packages from my place at Minneapolis and delivering it at Bangalore. I was amazed at the excellent processes that they have of proactively informing and guiding the customer at each phase. As a result, I felt it was a cake walk for me to get the packages shipped from US to India, even though it would have been a daunting task for all of them. Khushali, had been very helpful throughout the entire process. She guided me on what materials to buy for packing, how to do the packing and explained me the entire process of picking the packages at my door step (in Minneapolis) to delivering it at the destination. Had a wonderful experience with their services, so I would highly recommend them for your shipping moves. Last but not the least. Following their instructions carefully around packing your fragile items or take their help. Take adequate insurance and dont hesitate to call them for any clarifications throughout the entire process.

I am going through an horrible experience with this company. My shipment was picked up from Minneapolis, MN to be delivered at Hyderabad. I was promised that it will be delivered with in 90 days but they failed to deliver my shipment even after 6 months. They are absolutely irresponsible and the worst part is that its very hard to get in touch with them and when I some how get hold of them they will simply lie and come up with excuses and make promises that my shipment will be delivered immediately. There is certainly something that they are hiding from me, in any case they are not being truthful and honest. They were very prompt in raising the invoice and collecting the money but when it comes to delivering the service they are most irresponsible. Kushali Dattani is the person who handled my case from the beginning and she did a terrible job. I wrote an email to Adarsh Dattani and looks like he doesnt seem to care either. I am writing this review in a hope that others will read this review before they give their business to this company.

Never ever use their service. They canceled my move 20 mins later than the scheduled time and still took away my deposit. Ben and UniRelo, You guys sucks, the moving service is the worst I have ever seen. My move scheduled on July 22nd started on 1pm. And on July 22nd morning, the mover call me said I must start moving on 8am, and I must follow his schedule. What the hell! I was not at the location until 12pm that is why I need schedule to move at 1pm. I contacted Ben Smith, and the mover then said it would be fine to start on 12 pm. Then I wait until 12:20, there is no one shows up. I called mover (some guy name Steve), and he said he cannot find his helper. I called their supervisor (Lovelace) that guy was so rude and told me he will cancel the movement. You guys never honor your own business. I have attached the screen shot of the message communication. Also I still be charged for the $150 even you guys did not provide any service and run away in the last minute. Go to hell UniRelo.

Delivered 50 days late with Broken TV screen ., Worst experience with them . Booked a lcl consignment for shipping to INDIA . Consignment arrived 50 days late and all they did was just made me sign a doc that said i was ok with it and only when i asked what is the doc i was told what it was for which is totally fradulent as i was not ok with it most of the stuff that i shipped was to be used after i arrived here but due to delay had to buy them again here . I shipped a TV and was assured it would not be an issue but it arrived completely broken i have not heard form them since receiving it and complaining multiple times . It is very clear it is damaged due to handling by the shipper but i have not received any response from them . I will file a BBB case against them as this is blatant mismanagement . I would advise all to stay away from them for any kind of shipping to india as it is completely mismanaged and your stuff will arrive damaged .

Would like to share the experience with Universal Relocation. Shipped on 19th Feb and received it on 28th May 2016. Date: February 19th, 2016 From: Raleigh, USA To: Chennai, India Shipper used: UniRelo Shipping mode: Sea Size: LCL (around 2@0 CFT) Took the Insurance fpr $300 In USA, mover came right to my house on the discussed time and picked up everything. Had good experience with Customs Officials. Had to pay duties due to 55 inch Samsung TV and home theater. But was expecting that. No damages on my shipments or boxes. But I will recommend the Heavy Duty boxes (from lowes or homedepot). Good customer service from both India and US office. I received response within a day or in few hours. Lessons learned in shipping process: Make sure you buy Heavy Duty boxes. Also if you are shipping TV, make sure you save the original boxes. The boxes you get in homedepot does not last longer and may be damaged.

I dont recommend it. They are horrible and worst service. I got packing and moving service to India. I cant imagine for packing. I paid $250 to pack my stuffs. Only one guy showed up with poor packaging supply. I am so pissed but couldnt do much because had to fly next day. When I got my items in India? They charged me crazy and completely over budget and I wish I could slap them. Please guys dont get any service from these people. Waste of time and money. All other reviews are completely fake. Dont go to read those fake reviews.

I visited this office for more information regarding how the shipping is done, what boxes are recommended and what does it mean by palletization. Rakesh was very helpful in providing the information. He answered all my questions though he was busy with his regular work. I could see the packed boxes in their warehouse and could get an idea that how the stuff would be loaded and what would be the estimated cost. Very positive about shipping internationally through unirelo.
