My $2000 hand carved 7 piece bedset has been sitting at their warehouse for 7 whole days. They absolutely suck. Been getting the runaround from them. Itll b delivered this day. Now itll b this day. Well call u when its almost there. We dont make phone calls to alert u of its arrival time. Its lost. Its not lost. Worst shipping company EVER. When they finally delivered it they only delivered half of it. They lost the other half. When they found it and loaded it on the truck they dropped it which broke it and still delivered it knowing it was broken. They suck. The company who was using them as their shipping go to people DO NOT use them anymore since we werent the 1st mistakes they made that week. Dont use these people please. Ur asking for trouble

This place is a joke, came in 6 in morning and been told they have no door for me. Finally got the door, now paperwork is not what they need. Got the paperwork, now they have no person available to get this load off my truck. It is only 9 pallets, and it is past 11am and I am still waiting.

horible lost a good load because they kept me more than 7 hours to unload my trailer will try not to come here again even if theyll pay 5 bucks a mile still wont come they are not very serious dealing business with ...............

Dont deliver here .rude slow unprofessional .James the manager doesnt know how to handle the problems.they stealing your loading locks be careful.

Not a lot of parking. Security guard does not exist. Came in and out of facility and was not checked. They should tear down his hut.
