Al Tokin was great until he took our money. From there the service went down hill. He quoted us a price for delivering our freight and included charges for extra days of storage and cartage rentals just in case something happened. Also for extra hours of the truck being there. We unloaded the truck in under an hour which was included, and it was delivered to us the same day that it was picked up at the port. We should have gotten at least $500 back. He told us he was going to send us a check. He never did. I called him and twice talked to him and he assured me the check would be in the mail. Still nothing. Then I get a call from customs asking for proof that I paid him. I send them the proof, and Im assuming he didnt actually pay for our import duties that we had paid him. More recently I got a call from the trucking company that delivered to us and they said they werent able to get payment from him. Hes a scam artist, beware!!!
