I often ship through a freight forwarder that uses forward air. About 70% of the time (not exaggerating) my stuff is shipped through forward air it gets the crap beat out of it. I am shipping tough road cases and this stupid company seems to make a sport out of trying to break your stuff. It costs me a great deal of time and money repair these cases and neither they, nor their contents, can be used again until the repairs are made. They have a simple job. Move stuff from one place to another without breaking. Yet the majority of the time they break it. That is a complete failure. This stupid company should be put out of business. I wish I could give them zero stars. Instead Ill just say, Forward Air, you can go #%&@ yourself.

Very slow! Not happy have business with them. Will never accept loads in Tacoma to not get in touch with them. Workers force you wait. Walk, rest and smoke while you wait. Maybe they want my $20 to do their job faster? Very unprofessional!

These guys were on the dot on time, cheerful and delivered my package to the covered area I asked them too. In addition, and perhaps more importantly, the console was in perfect condition.

So slow. Ive been to so many forward air locations and this has got to be the slowest ever. 1 forklift operator on a Friday. Many drivers waiting to be loaded with no results.
