They dont care about their customers and they are extremely lazy in responding to your request. If you have an issue with your shipment and you call them, 1st they put you on a 45 min ti over an hour call holding. Finally, they promise to address your issue but they do absolutely nothing about it. When you call back, you keep repeating this scenario. If you value your sanity, stay away from these people. Their driver tricked my wife into signing for delivery and they took the package back to their warehouse. It has been two months and so far they neither returned it to the shipper nor they agree to re-deliver it to me. Very frustrating....

Delay after delay. You can set an appointment day and time, but they wont follow it. They will not call you to let you know. You have to call, to make sure you arent staying home for nothing. Tomorrow becomes tomorrow. They reflect on Target poorly.

Their deliveries take longer than other carriers. They leave packages/ boxes carelessly out in the open, instead of near a front door and out of the elements. Very poor service.
