We are a Canadian company, that has contracted with Diversified Shipping for over 4 years for their "Pick and Pack" Fulfillment service. We have had excellent service with very reasonable rates. They are very flexible and were willing to accommodate our special shipping requests. We can phone them any time to make to make adjustment to any order. We feel that they are part of our family business. Diversified Shipping has not make any mistakes and our business has tripled since we stated with them. Initially, we were with a very large Fulfillment Center and it was a complete disaster because of all the mistakes they were making that was costing us customers! What was most frustrating is that their service people would not respond to our emergency phone calls until 3-4 days later and management didnt care about their serious mistakes. We had to pay a lot of money to get our inventory out of this very international, uncaring company and move it over to Diversified Shipping. Jim Hinds, the owner of Diversified Shipping, is always available to help us in any way. Even more important , Jim has experience in the importing/ exporting so has been able to help us in this area and arrange shipping to Canada etc. He also has staff that we hire to do assembly line work at a very reasonable price. One of the best business decisions that we made was to find and go with Diversified Shipping. Wise Moon Enterprises Inc.

I have known Jim Hind’s at Diversified Shipping Services for over 7 years, he is a dedicated and loyal person who will look out in your best interest. In doing so, he started “Diversified Shipping Services” in January 2012 a warehouse and distribution service located 3 minutes from the Pacific Highway Truck Crossing (Blaine, WA / Surrey, BC). The idea behind his company was to offer Canadian Individuals and Companies with a domestic purchasing environment where they can pickup their own products close to the border or have their products delivered to their Canadian door at a reduced, consolidated shipping rate. Strategically he located his warehouse in this area where large commercial trucks and containers would have easy access from the I-5 Freeway at the same time building a connection with local freight companies to create a domestic shipping service versus paying high international shipping rates. Remember some U.S. Companies (sellers) offer “FREE SHIPPING” within the U.S. and Jim’s warehouse allows you to capitalize on scenarios like this! It just gives you one more option when purchasing products in the U.S., “DIVERSIFICATION”, I would imagine this is why Jim named his company “Diversified Shipping Services!”. I have been using Diversified Shipping Services in Blaine, WA. since they opened their facility several years ago with great success for both my inbound and outbound shipments. Their staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. When my inbound shipments arrive they always send me a notification with the carrier’s tracking number, the number of pieces and the weight. On my outbound shipments they always give me the carrier’s tracking number. If you are seeking a dependable warehouse facility in Blaine, WA. you owe it to yourself to make an appointment to meet with Jim Hinds, the owner, and see their operation for yourself.

If you say that you were serviced by a man last time to a female worker, that say that you discriminate them. What should you say? that your were serviced by a creature and had no problem? Nonsense.
