Worst shipping experience ever!!! STAY AWAY!!!! Do yourself a favor and dont get scammed by them like they scammed me. I was given a UPS shipping quote from my vendor in the amount of $256.18 This was for 2nd day air to Hawaii. I was looking for cheaper shipping options via google and stumbled upon Aloha Forwarding. Their site was very convincing on why I should use them and that my overall savings could be upwards of 40% of what UPS or FEDEX would cost me. I was obviously sold on this idea and signed up. Basically you have your vendor ship your items to Aloha Forwarding and then they add a SMALL handling fee on and ship it via USPS PRIORITY MAIL. I was feeling good about my decision and placed my order with my vendor and paid $60.49 to have my items shipped UPS ground from Pheonix, AZ to SeaTac, WA were Aloha Forwarding is located. I was notified today that they received my packages and they provided me with an invoice with shipping options of PARCEL POST or PRIORITY MAIL. PARCEL POST was never an option I would consider and I was quite insulted that it was even presented to me. In my past experience PARCEL POST takes 2+ months to arrive in Hawaii. Well that being said all that was left was PRIORITY MAIL which was the only option I considered when i fell for this scam. Aloha Forwardings invoice was unbelievable to say the least!!! $281.53 PRIORITY MAIL FEE $46.75 HANDLING FEE $60.49 UPS GROUND FEE FROM MY VENDOR TO ALOHA FORWARDING. For a grand total of: $389.03 vs. my UPS 2ND DAY AIR OPTION FROM MY VENDOR OF $256.18 $132.85 MORE THAN UPS!!!!!! I am having these BORDERLINE CRIMINALS ship back my packages back to my vendor hopefully for the same $60.49 it cost me to get to WA. My vendor will then ship my items to me for the original $256.18 UPS 2ND DAY AIR QUOTE. At the end of the day I lost at least $120.98 in UPS GROUND fees and several weeks of time vs. the original 2 day air to Hawaii. Funny thing about all of this still is the fact that if I chose these BORDERLINE CRIMINALS to complete my shipping needs it would STILL be $10.00 more than all the back and forth ground shipping to my Vendor. BUYER BEWARE!!!! STAY AWAY FROM ALOHA FORWARDING!!! THEY WILL POTENTIALLY CAUSE YOU THE WORST HEADACHES OF YOUR LIFE!!

I should have done my research before hooking up with these guys. This service did not work for me. In fact, it ended up more expensive and I had to wait 2 weeks longer to get the items. If the Company you are ordering from offers shipping to Hawaii, then take it.

Ive used Aloha several times to ship to southeast alaska and it has worked fine - dont know why the bad reviews, but note they are a year or more old. The company has changed hands - may be worth another try by those who were not satisfied.

Does anybody know if Aloha Forwarding is still in business? Their email account kicks back any emails saying the account is full and nobody ever answers their direct and toll free numbers.

I live in Puerto Rico. And I have used it since more than 4 years. Always very responsible and available. Never have had a bad experience. Highly Recommended!

They are a scam!!! They received my package and havent shipped it in over a week. They are probably going to keep it. I reported them to the BBB.
