Complete nightmare! They have to be the most unorganized delivery service in the world. A word of advice please dont use their online scheduling system, because it allows you to schedule your delivery, (take time off work) sit there at home not getting paid. ... waiting, but then they claim that the delivery was scheduled in error! When you call them you get nowhere, then if you request a manager you get an abrasive uneducated, unfriendly guy talking down to you while making excuses as to why they screwed up. Why he didnt apologize I will never know. And their recorded message as you sit on hold is inaccurate! "Let Pilot help you, we serve 25,000 cities, we stride to be the best bla bla bla... (barf) The lady Nai should be the manager! She has exceptional customer service. Not only was she a nice person, but you could hear and feel she was sympathetic to the nightmare her company has caused me when she apologized.

Still waiting for my delivery. They attempted delivery once, but instead of following the signs directing them to the loading dock a couple of blocks away, they tried to deliver to an office building. I called them and told them how to reach the receiving folks. After several days, I contacted them again and gave them the address for the loading dock, and gave them their phone number again. After another week, I gave up and contacted the seller, who got in touch with them and they said theyre scheduled to deliver it tomorrow. In short, if you need something in less than a month, do not ship with these clowns. Ive had much better success with ICAT trucking.

Pilot delivers, but not well. Today the two men who came to deliver were rude, brusque, and impatient. They dropped our goods, which are somewhat fragile, approximately four feet off the truck to the pavement below. These men then put the box on its side in the yard, demanded a signature for delivery, and left. I have yet to open the box. I fear what I will find!

Avoid this company at all costs. They are very unreliable. Their drivers are rude and unprofessional. They arrived at 5PM, from a 10AM - 2PM delivery schedule. Didnt have the courtesy to call to say they were running late. I had to call them. Then, didnt want to take the item up 17 steps, after being 3 hours late for delivery

Bad experience ever. First deliver a damage tub. Then the second shipment was missing. Claim that they has all the technology. They can not even trace a large package. Amazon use them to ship large item. Stay away from them use AGS..

So, so bad. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE PILOT-- THEY SUCK. BAD. Rude drivers, caused damage to property, swore at neighbors, and the police were called to calm them down and get them to move their truck. NEVER, EVER AGAIN!

Terrible shipping company. Lost tracking on my shipment couldnt delver within 5 days of estimated time . They advertise latest technology in shipping. Its like they havent seen Fedex or UPS.
