Used this outfit in 2007 for some roofing repair. Was very happy...the entire transaction went very smoothly. I was dealing with the daughter of the president of the company, who was the office manager. Called them back last month (June 2013.) Practically had to beg an estimator to come to the house. The company had no record of my 2007 transaction. The estimator arrived...took no photos. Told me how expensive they were. When I said, "Well, when I used you in 2007 you were very reasonable." Reply: "Well, it couldnt have been us." A week passed. No follow up estimate email from the guy. I called the company and asked to speak to the owner. He said hed investigate and get back to me (this was a Friday.) Called him on Wednesday. He said his estimator said that I wanted a pre-dated estimate for three months down the road...not true. I HAD said that I needed more than 10 days (the guy said his estimate was only good for ten days) to get permission from my HOA. Also told his boss hed taken photos...which he hadnt. Anyway, I never did get an estimate from these folks. I think because it was a small job...less than $1000. But as I explained...since the damage was to the fascia and due to rain run-off, it was going to be a constant (every 10 years) repair. PLUS I have a rental property that needs the same kind of repair. Can you say these folks lost out on repeat business? Very, very short-sighted. (And the owners daughter doesnt work there anymore. Sad.)

I purchased a new home in Las Vegas, while living in Los Angeles. Time is very important to us, we needed to get to Las Vegas sign real estate papers and coordinate a roofing inspection all at once. Having set up an appointment with Mac Roofing and Simply Vegas Realtors for 10:00 a.m. we had to sweat out getting to Las Vegas in 5 hours. When we arrived at the site there set a Mac roofing truck, the employee Cory Weaver was already on the roof. When the broker arrived Cory was able to show video footage of the roof, 15 to 20 pictures of poorly patched areas on the roof and repair of one large leak over the living room. Cory promised all of us that he would send a final report showing detailed repairs needed to obtain a 20 year roof guarantee. We were very impressed with expertise and knowledge and the professionalism displayed in the final report. I would highly recommend this company to give you a fair and honest appraisal of your roofing needs. Thanks Mac!

MAC roofing put a new foam roof on my house around 2 years ago after spending thousands of dollars on patches which failed. Since then I have been nothing but impressed with their service. They are easy to get ahold of, the office staff is always very pleasant and empathetic, and they are very quick to come inspect if their are any potential issues, even during monsoon season. Recently I had an AC guy put in a new compressor which caused a divot in the roof. I called MAC today and they were out here in 2 hours to walk the roof and assure me that everything looked good. He even left me some adhesive sealer and paint without charging me in case there were any small divots in the future. I highly recommend them.

Do NOT use MAC roofing. I never used this company because they were unable to keep appointments on 2 seperate occasions for estimates. I found them only based on their previous reviews. I had an original appointment last Thursday at 3:30pm. At 3:45pm I called to see where Jim, the estimator, was; the office lady said he was running a few hours behind and would have to reschedule. I gave them another shot to be our second estimate on our roof. So, today I had our rescheduled appointment at 3:30pm, same thing happened. I called the office, Jim got on the phone and said they were too busy and wouldnt be able to come out. What a piece of work. Do NOT use them if you value your time.

My experience with this people was very bad, im owner a townhouse wich roof was fixed for this people, I spoke with the manager of my place , He call them, they said that they gonna call me for appointment, they never called, I call them and they send me back to the manager, when I call them Cinthia (supervisor) and Marsha , they could not explain to me how to resolve this matter. The roof is under guarantee , and ALL They said to me was : call back to the manager of my place. Customer service is terrible!!!! DONT go to this company!!!!

I love this Company! I have a urethane roof that my husband and I purchased many, many years ago that developed a leak at the connection of our room addition to the house. MAC Roofing was able to repair my leak and then applied a new coating to the rest of my roof and give me a new warranty. I had other estimates before I called MAC Roofing and all they wanted to do was tear off my whole roof and sell me another one. If you need roofing help call MAC Roofing first!

They fixed a major leak in my new addition in 2006. it was in a valley with brand new shingles. it was just a nightmare the damage to brand new dry wall inside etc. thank God we hadnt moved into that area or done the flooring yet. 11 years later no problems. had another leak in 2013 fixed it. these people do great work. when it needs replaced Ill do my whole roof with them.

I called Mac Roofing to repair a leak I had on my roof. Price was reasonable and they came on time as scheduled. The guys that came over were great and did the job very quickly. I would definitely use them again!
