I would not recommend this company to do your roof. The person who came to do the estimate was nice but completely changed when I mentioned how ridiculous their high percentage fee was on using a credit card (higher then the credit card companies charge them for giving their customers the convenance of using a credit card) After mentioning this by email the only correspondence I got from that point were calls and emails asking for the 50% deposit before they would set a date to come out. At this point they had already done a $400 "emergency" tarp to prevent further water damage. After a couple of weeks the tarp started to unravel and blow pieces all over the neighborhood.D&L refused to do anything about it because I chose a different company to fix my roof. Apparently the fact that I paid $400 for a tarp to prevent further water damage didnt matter to them. By the time the roof was fixed the tarp was 80% gone. I decided to go with Desert Valley Roofing to fix my roof who btw had a lower quote and you dont pay until the work is actually completed. Do not use D &L!!

Everyone we had contact with at D & L was very courteous and professional. There was a rain delay in our start date but Mike contacted me and we knew what to expect. Each of their employees were courteous and they did a very good job in a timely manner. We were very pleased with their work and highly recommend them. When we repair the rest of our roof we will call them.

I was very upset that they do not try and clean up their mess. I have tar all over my patio and had to have it repainted. I also had to go around and find all the nails that they blew on to the ground. I would not recommend them to anyone.
