We hired this company in October 2014 to repair a commercial roof for a 15,000+sf building. Since then the roof has continued to leak multiple times. After reaching pretty extreme frustration, I emailed the president of the company. To his credit, he responded promptly and promised to address the continuous leak problem. After that, things went south. The employee who was assigned to communicate with me failed to do so. I had to email and call to ask what the progress was and finally received photos of the repairs. I asked for a roof maintenance proposal which was never forthcoming. Another leak has occurred today inconveniencing a tenant and costing money in damaged ceiling tiles and possibly light fixtures. Upon calling their office, I spoke to an employee who sounded like he/she was about as enthusiastic as someone about to be marched off a tall building. This person couldnt assure me that I would get a response today. I will be interviewing new roofing companies.

I have to suspect that the 5* ratings here are fake, as this is probably one of the worst companies Ive dealt with in a long time. I had a foam, spray on roof done by PRS in 2013 after being referred to them by another roofer that did not offer that service. Not only was the job poorly done in the first place (the sloping is horrible, therefore it doesnt drain well, and theres too many pockets and low lying areas to count - that create pools of water), now its starting to bubble and crack, which can & will create larger issues in the future. Ive been getting the run around by their Warranty Dept head up by Chris Young for the past three months. Someone was eventually scheduled to come out, and they were a no-show, and after that, they refuse to call me back (in fact Chris conveniently is never around to take the call these day). This is a company that certainly does NOT stand behind its work and someone I would avoid at all costs.

I just got my roof repaired (Some lose tiles) on 11/30/2016 and I had the most pleasant experience ever. PRS employees are so nice and very professional!! Curt came out to look at the roofing at the house. He called me 30mins before arriving. He did the estimate and called me to go over it. Good part is that I didnt even had to be there due to I was at work. He even went an extra mile to check all the tiles that were lose and fixed them. I had the house inspector check the roof few weeks ago and he only saw one tile that was out of place but thanks to Curt he found other ones and fixed those as well, thanks Curt!! Also the people in the office are super nice and very prompt in returning my emails answering all my questions. Thanks Chonnette!! I am definitely referring Professional Roofing Services to all my friends and families and I will definitely be using them again for any roofing needs!!!!

Beware..... of this company had a roof leak repair done in 2015 I thought everything was good so didnt pay attention to my ceiling in December of 2016 while it was raining I noticed that there was still a leak in the same exact spot. I called PRS back they said my warranty was only for a year but they said they would come out and take a look at it. First appointment was Miss never received the call second appointment no-call no-show either they said it was not in the schedule. Finally showed up on the 3rd appointment and is now charging me $600 to repair for something that they should have fixed the first time.

I had an appt. scheduled with this company twice. Both times I asked for time off work so they could come fix my roof. The first appt. they blew me off, no call or message. The second time they told me they were coming out on a Monday when I confirmed with the girl Angie for a Wednesday and asked for more time off right after I booked the appt. They told me I was wrong! Dont use this company, they suck!!!

PROMPT and PROFESSIONAL! We had a leak in our commercial building over a long weekend and on monday morning we called PRS. I was VERY worried since rain was in the forecast and it needed to be repaired FAST. A full team of roofers were at our building within hours of the call. WHAT A TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS! Tammy and her crews are ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!

Professional Roofing Services (PRS) has repeatedly responded in emergencies for roof leaks and to tarp fire damaged buildings for me. Having a high quality roofing company with good pricing is so important when youre protecting someones property! If you are looking for an expert in the roofing industry look no farther than PRS!

This company is a joke! They replaced the roof on our commercial buildings ... all of the buildings now leak every time it rains. They have been out several times to "repair" the leaks ... they NEVER get it fixed. In addition to placing a faulty roof on my buildings, their customer service is non-existent.

I walked into their office over 2 weeks ago to set up an appointment for an estimate. The gentleman at the front counter took all my info and I described what I needed. He said someone would call me the next day. Over 2 weeks later, still waiting for a phone call. If I could give a lower rating I would.

I called them out to resurface my balcony. The flashing they installed at the edge creates a barrier to the water causing it to pool on the balcony. They promised to send somebody out to fix it but never did. Now they do not respond to emails or phone calls. Time to call Channel 8 !

Slow service. took 4 business days to get the repair inspection report that was paid for in advance, kept giving run around and putting on hold. Took over 35 minutes and 3 separate phone calls to get a semi kinda maybe you will receive report today.....
