Extremely respectful. I called three other roofing companies for estimates on storm damage on my tile roof . Ruben came to give me a quote on the job. He showed up he knew his buisness well. Straight to the point honest and respectful. Gave me a fair quote. He didnt know my father had owned a roofing company for years so I was quite familiar with the process. He answered every question in detail. I knew what I was going to get. The crew that came out did their job as expected . The workers took photographs before and after the work was completed . Part of their service is to repaint all of the air vents on top of the roof. It made everything look new again. The office reviewed the photos of the completed work and saw that they had gotten paint on a few of the tiles at the very top or the roof out of sight to me. They found this unacceptable and promptly sent a repairman to replace the tiles . This company takes Pride in their product & the workmanship of their crews. They offer a fair warranty on the work & they did not cut corners. I was extremely impressed with this company and will not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Missed my scheduled window all together. When I called to inquire about it I was told that I was never even on the schedule...even though they called to confirm. I rescheduled and the estimator did not show up again the following day. When I called to see what was going on...he replied, "I totally spaced it, Im on my way!" He was very apologetic and took pictures for estimate. My HOA was covering the cost as I only own the airspace... I assume it was fixed as I heard them on the roof and saw a Titan truck out front. Fast forward 2 months and another storm....roof is still leaking in the same exact spot. This time I had to remove the soaked roof tiles and let it drip into a trash bin because it was 5x as bad. Now I have to go through HOA again and have them come out for a warranty "estimate"...praying it doesnt rain it the meantime.

Just got a new roof from this company. Yes, I read the reviews. Over the past three years I had quotes from three or four companies. Titan Roofing LLC was not the cheapest or the most expensive. They seemed to be right in the middle. Not only am I pleased with the result, but the crew left my yard looking better than when they arrived. Picked up everything around the perimeter of the house. I had two layers on my roof--took them two days to do everything. Very nice company to deal with, Great choice for a new roof, If you need a roof, give them a shot. No wonder I see their trucks everywhere.

My Realtor recommended Titan Roofing to do a roof inspection on a home we were purchasing. They did an excellent job on a very detailed inspection, and recommended repairs. I contracted with Titan to do the repairs after the close, and coordinated with them and the HVAC contractor to ensure that Titan was able to do their work after the HVAC units were replaced. Very pleased with the work provided and the level of customer service that Titan provided I would very much recommend Titan Roofing.

Our patio roof was in need of replacement. After receiving three bids we choose Titan Roofing. Primarily the field rep was very through and explained each step in the process. On the day of work the installers arrive early and did a great job. Theyre attention to detail and cleanliness was just as explained by the service rep. The job was completes the same day and when the installers left the area was clean. Thanks to Titan for theyre professional staff and follow up on our feelings

Titan Roofing is undoubtedly the BEST roofing company in Las Vegas!! I have experience with other roofing companies and Titan Roofing is the most professional and thorough in the entire LV valley! From the estimator to the workmen that replaced my roof they displayed exceptional knowledge concerning my roofs complicated problems. I will not be getting up on the roof to see what kind of a job Titan Roofing did. However they are very professional to deal with and I am trusting that their roofing work is also in the same class. Once they finally got here, the job was done quickly and they left no mess.

Tony did an excellent job with our estimate and then coming back the day of the repair when the men found something that wasnt on the work order. He came right away so there was no delay in getting the work finished and came back again that day to check the work out.

Roofers were timely, polite, and cleaned the area after the job was completed. Noe also assured me that they would concentrate on the leak area of the roof and insure that it was secure. I really appreciated that.

Way cheaper than 2 other places I called, repair was made in a timely manner and finally no more leaks. I also wanted to be there while the work was being done, so they worked around MY schedule.
