Ive hired Almeida Roofing for two jobs now, the most recent (a smaller roof repair to stop a leak) was completed in March. I believe that the suggested repair was what was necessary to correct the problem. In other words, the scope of the work proposed corresponded with what I expected would have to be done. The price for the work was actually lower than I expected. The team that came out (on-time and on-schedule) were a capable bunch of guys that appeared to do excellent work. They worked quickly and when they finished, the job site was perfectly clean. Everything that needed to be moved was put back in place and I didnt run across so much as a stray nail after theyd gone. I had a similar experience a few years back when I needed a full roof replacement when I was selling my old house. I was under some tight schedule pressure to have the job done before the closing and Almeida Roofing came through. They were able to get the job scheduled faster than Id hoped and showed up and got the job done exactly as promised with similar attention to detail as the smaller repair. The price for the bigger job was also reasonable, based on several estimates that Id gotten from other companies. Its comforting to know that I dont need to search around for a roofer if a problem arises in the future. In Almeida Roofing Ive got a roofer whos easy to work with, keeps schedule and cost commitments, does excellent work, and warranties the work they do. I hope I dont have to call them often, but I will be calling them the next time I need any roof work done.

We recently had our residence, detached garage and detached workshop re-shingled by Almeida Roofing. As a career mortgage lender I have a world of experience in dealing with contractors of all types. Almeida Roofing is the class of roofing contractor you want to do business with. This was not an easy job to bid on as our shop has a sheet metal roof that was that part of the job. However Kevin, the owner had the confidence that he could successfully recoat the metal roof and fix the leaks. We have had two pretty significant storms since the job was completed and no leaks. The professional attitude the owner had was personified by the manner in which his crews performed their work. They were on the job early and finished the project in four days and on bid. They cleaned up after themselves every day and left the site spotless.

I had several estimates from different companies. The estimator from Almeida came out the next day. After walking the roof with me, and taking the time to actually listen to what I was saying, suggested a repair. Not only did it save me money, but they were honest. That goes a long way in my book.
