Very poor and unprofessional customer service. We contracted with them to fix our roof, then they didnt follow up on their work, and communication from their sales dept. stopped. After we cancelled our contract they had the nerve to file a claim against us 15 months thereafter. That showed unprofessional conduct to us and looks like the company is desperate for money. After contacting their collection department numerous times about it to work it out professionally outside of court, with numerous messages left, they wouldnt respond. When they finally did, after my last attempt through various employees/departments, I finally got a call back. Had one conversation and email with Scott in the collection department, incl. all necessary support documents being emailed to him. 10 days later, again, no follow up response....... We would never recommend this company to anyone.

Glendale Roofing replaced the roofs in the Bellair townhome area 1 year ago. Myself and several others have had roof leaks since this was done. Glendale roofing has refused to accept responsibility and have made several claims that it was the Air conditioning unit. This is not true. My air conditioner is only 3 years old and I did not have any leaks prior to the roof replacement. They will not come out and fix the problem. My other problem is fighting with the association who hired this company. I am trying to file a claim with the Register of Contractors but have to go through hoops to get any help. I now have stains in my bedroom from the roof leak, perhaps mold has settled in, and they refuse to fix that as well. I would NEVER recommend this company

Glendale Roofing was by the far the best company at helping me during the price quoting and estimating. The estimator "Joe" was the best out of four other companies I got quotes from in explaining what my 62 year old roof needed. He was detailed with his knowledge of our low pitch roof and what it would need and what to expect when they did the tear off of the old roof. Instead of just slapping up shingles and getting the job done like others might have done...they had to take an extra day and replace 1 x 8 boards and much of the rotted out side trim. These guys are an old family business and they knew the most about Phoenix houses. I never go with the cheapest quote and they werent the highest but I think they are the best. I am pleased.
