I contacted this company to evaluate a possible roof leak, because there was water damage in my family room ceiling. They put a tarp on the roof ($100.00) and gave me an estimate of approximately $5000 to repair a roof leak that they claimed was caused by faulty workmanship. The inspector for my homeowners insurance claimed the leak was the result of the roof vents. After having another roofer inspect the property, it was determined that there was NO roof leak. The water is coming from the air conditioner overflow in the attic. There is absolutely no evidence of a roof problem in that area. When I contacted Almeida Roofing to advise them that the tarps that I paid for were not needed and that they had given me an estimate to repair damage that didnt exist, I spoke with KEVIN. He was defensive, argumentative and rude. I tried to explain to him that my interior damage is much more extensive because of the misdiagnosis and the tarps were not needed. Furthermore, the technicians removed caps and tiles and did not replace them properly, which I will have to have replaced. I also brought up the fact that the estimate was basically "bogus". His response was "then dont sign the contract. Find someone else." Which, obviously, I already have. I feel that Almeida roofing should be responsible for the repair of what they did. I have cracked and misplaced tiles/caps because they pulled some off and walked on my tile roof and cracked tiles. Also, I should not pay for the tarps. Almeida Roofing is a rip-off.

They were amazing. I had heard alot about the storm chasers that came to arizona so I wanted to wait awhile and let the chaos settle after the hail storm to do my roof. From the start the customer service was amazing. Alicia set up my estimate and explained to me the process so I knew what to expect. The estimator came out did exactly what Alicia said he would do and they emailed me the estimate later that day. When the crew came to do the work they knocked on the door to let me know they were there... The workers were all very nice! They cleaned up very nicely and my yard looked the way it did before they came. I was so happy with this company.. I would highly recommend them to everyone! If you go with Almeida Roofing Inc your making the best choice!

We are very happy that we chose Almeida Roofing. The entire process of bidding and installation was handled in a very professional and customer service oriented manner. Their bid was fair and everything was done with keeping me informed as one of their priorities. When they found the bad wood that I knew they would, they brought it to our attention immediately. The installers were all very friendly and they cleaned everything up. I would and have recommended them to friends and neighbors. We have had a few storms since they installed it and not a drop of rain has entered our home. Thank you Almeda Roofing!

Excellent service and excellent work. Kevin came on site during our new home inspection period to give us a no-fee estimate, which seems to be rare these days. After some delays closing on the home, Melissa worked quickly with us to schedule the date of installation. They were very accommodating to take a deposit from the title company to get us on the schedule. Communication was beyond excellent via email and phone calls. I would highly recommend Almeida Roofing for any roofing needs and will happily recommend them in the future.

Nothing but good experiences with Almeida Roofing. We had our 43 year old concrete tile roof completely replaced, including a lot of plywood and fascia boards (water damage). The quote was fair and reasonable. Almeidas crew did an amazing job, and were nice enough to paint the fascia boards as they were installing them, which saved me a lot of hassle. They were quick, courteous and communicated well throughout the process. My wife and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any roof work done.

A customer who wasnt happy with our services posted a 1 star review....it states that he posted it less than a week ago, when in fact it was posted approx. a year ago. If this is a new review, I would ask Google to look into their policy of slander/liable, as we have taken MANY MANY MANY steps to make that customer happy. It is not legal to go onto the internet and trash a company, without giving them any kind of recourse online to refute it, or to reply in any way.

Kevin and Melissa are a great team. They provided an estimate quickly and started the job only days later. The crew was nice and did a great job. The price was 1,000 less than KYKO and Scott with a more hassle free approach. I would not recommend any other company for your roofing repair. Great experience overall. If you want the job done right choose Almeida. Thanks Almeida. Finally, a contractor in Phoenix that has their priorities straight.

Kevin and his crew repaired shingles that had blown off and came back to find a leak that had been pledging the building for over 5 years. Kevin found 2 areas that where probable leaks were. He repaired both and charged me a reasonable price!! I will never call another roofer!! (We have even used Kyko roofing; paid a ton!)
