My dealings with Andrew Y. at American Roofing was top notch. Everyone involved in the project was friendly, honest, and professional. On top of providing a fair and comfortable business transaction, they also provided a quality product. For my project, they reroofed, constructed new eves, and resided my house. As a first time home owner and having no clue how to navigate the construction industry, I felt comfortable that I wasn’t getting taken advantage of. Andrew went out of his way numerous times to explain “my best option”, even if it didn’t profit American Roofing. For my project, they were replacing the decking of my roof. Therefore, at times, small portions of my attic was exposed. As accidents do happen, a worker accidently stepped through my attic and created a hole through my ceiling. I feel at these times a company can show its true colors. American Roofing resolved the issue with genuine concern and urgency. Also, I would like to note that during the reroofing project, while my roof was half way finished, it rained off and on for a couple days. As a quality roofer should, they always appeared to have a certain level of preparedness for the weather. My type “A” personality came out and I found myself in my attic at 2am during the peak of a rainstorm. I didn’t see a single drop of rain in my house! This was a good example of their professionalism. What’s a review without a little critique? During the re-roofing project, a lot of debris was removed from my house. The debris was thrown off the roof onto the ground before it ended up in a dumpster. I felt like there could have been a little more effort to protect the landscaping around my house. RIP plants. I hear some Rubbermaid bins or 5-gallon buckets placed on-top of the plants is a good move. Other than that, I have no complaints. 10 out 10 would recommend them!

Outstanding doesnt even begin to describe the experience I had with American Roofing. I just recently bought a house and seems like as soon as I signed the papers the flat portion of my roof started to leak....in the middle of winter. I mainly rely on reviews of companies when deciding who to call. I called several companies and three showed up to give me an estimate. Jon Stott was absolutely amazing from the start and he explained the process to me and answered all my questions. Jon was the only one to do this out of the 3 companies that showed up and its because of him why I chose American Roofing. When looking at my flat roof for the estimate he informed me that the rest of my roofing shingles showed some wear and to keep an eye on it and probably within the next year or so it would need to be redone. He did not try to sell me on doing my WHOLE roof. The estimate I received was very reasonable and below the other bids I got. Jon was able to get me on the schedule and his guys were extremely fast and efficient. Once the job was completed, Seth (I think he was the project manager) called and made sure I was happy with the work and came and inspected it himself. I am definitely going to have American Roofing do the rest of my roof this year. Nothing beats the peace of mind and relief you feel when your roof no longer leaks. I would recommend them to anyone wanting that same peace of mind. THANK YOU JON!

I almost went with another company and I am so glad I chose American Roofing! I had a few bids for the roof done however as soon as I met Richard I knew this was a company I wanted to do business with. They basically matched the price of a competitor but offered a lot more. Richard also gave a much better recommendation to fix my leaking shed after seeing the sheds pitch didnt allow enough runoff and would just leak again when the other companies offered to just re shingle it. They also replaced part of the sheds roof that had water damage as well as other places on my roof and added ice shields to prevent the same issue from happening again. they also added vents all down the length of the house to help with heat and cooling. They even re roofed where my swamp cooler had been (I had an ugly vent there). I was so happy the time was taken to explain what had happened to my old roof and how certain upgrades will be done to prevent them. A few weeks after the install was complete I had some questions about the roof and called Richard who immediately came out that afternoon to take a look and explained what I needed to know. I will recommend American Roofing to everyone now because of how good of an experience I had.

We had several companies bid our reroof job and American Roofing was below most of the others and the representative, James, thoroughly explained the roofing process. His emailed bid was clean and professional and easy to follow. I researched a lot about roofing and got referrals from friends and neighbors. I emailed James often, asking questions and raising concerns before we ever decided to go with American Roofing. He always answered promptly and thoroughly and he was super patient with my many questions. When the roof job was done, he came to look and noticed some unfinished work and made sure it was completed properly. He was excellent to work with. Scott and Mike, the American roofing inspectors came when the roof was complete and they were cheerful, helpful, and love their jobs! They went around and cleaned up the property even more. They have high expectations for their roofers and they have been in the business for decades. They know roofing. We had a great experience with American Roofing and appreciate James, Nate, Scott, and Mike particularly in their help to see the work through!

We werent sure what we were getting into with our new house. With signs of leaks and missing shingles, we needed to ensure that it was fixed sooner rather than later. I got estimates from three different roofing companies prior to choosing American Roofing. I went with them because Andrew was a great communicator who explained things well. American Roofing is also a family owned business and their prices were very reasonable (gutters for the house were about the same of one other roofing company, but to replace the whole roof was a bit higher than what one company wanted to just fix the back side). During the project, we had to deal with some weather issues, but the crew was working right when they could and were timely with work. Everything was kept clean and you wouldnt know they had been there except for the beautiful roof and gutters left behind. Andrew has been fantastic to work with. He consistently has gotten back to me about my questions in a timely manner. Thanks, American Roofing!

I have been using American Roofing for several years now. Ive used them for repairs and now they have replaced two flat roofs in the condo complex that I manage. Their crew just finished replacing a flat roof in our complex. Its a big job and we spent a lot of time getting bids and working with contractors to get what we wanted. American worked with us from start to finish of the bidding process and we ultimately selected them. This is now the second of our flat roofs that they have replaced and they have done a great job both times. Couldnt ask for much more. Their repair guys are also very knowledgeable and get the job done in pretty much any weather conditions. On one occasion they even had to shovel snow off the roof and use a heat gun to dry things out in order to make the repair. I would recommend American Roofing for new/replacement roofs, as well as for repairs. Either way youll get quality work from knowledgeable crews.
