We chose to use Allstate after getting bids from the Owner, Chad and two major competitors salesmen. Not only was Chads bid the most competitive, but he also said he would be providing personal oversight. The other salesmen would merely pass the job to "Whoever?" The Allstate crew did an exceptional job of testing the entire flat foam roof for areas needing repair and expertly fixed all blistered areas before the two layer poly coating was applied. They made sure that the granules were rolled into the final coat instead of just casting them over the surface as most competitors would do. The crew took great care to protect the pavers in the driveway and thoroughly cleaned up the work area at the end of each workday. Highly recommend Allstate for their competency, integrity and "customer service" attributes.

After getting a few estimates, Chad at AllState roofing was not only the most affordable but the most professional and friendly company that I came across. He really took the time to explain all of my options and what was wrong and what each option would cost me. I saw him several times throughout the project checking in on his team which was already doing a great job. His office followed up and kept me updated on what was happening and when they would be out. His work crew was friendly, professional, and effecient. They ensured i could not even tell a roofer had been out once they left except for the fact my roof was done! They came in and got the job done. Thanks to Chad Thomas we have a great roof and no more troubles with leaks. At Chads advice we obtained 4 other roofing companies estimates and found his to be the most efficient and cost effective. His team did a GREAT job, quickly. At the end of each work day the roof was "sealed" in case of rain and the outside of our home was swept clean before anyone left. Customer Rep was on time and professional. He was prepared arieal view photo and measured my home to verify dimensions. We looked at specific concerns of mine. within 2 days I had a proposal. The installation crew was organized and also prompt. They stated at 6 AM and ended at 4 PM. Before they left for the day, a perimeter walkdown / clean up was done. I am very happy with the material, workmanship and guarantee.
