I had the flat roof over my covered patio replaced along with the downspouts. Every facet of job was very timely and professionally done. The inspection/quote was able to be scheduled next day through "Home Advisor". Glenn came out and spent an hour or so on my roof. Diagnosed my leak problem and gave me a reasonable quote on the spot. He explained to me that a scheduler would be in contact within 2 days and that they would provide me with a two week window sometime within the next 6 weeks (weather and crew availability dependent) to get the work done. The scheduler called the next day and set my two week window about six weeks out. Said a foreman would be in touch a week out from the job to coordinate specific dates and time. Two weeks later Scott, a foreman, called and apologized for short notice but said he had a crew available the next day if I was ready. I was and they came on time and ready to work. They worked in a highly professional manner and kept me appraised of progress and what they were doing continuously. The entire crew was professional and respectful of my property and belongings. They finished the bulk of the work in a day and scott the foreman returned a few days later to complete the final cosmetic touches. I must say that I was highly impressed with the knowledge and professionalism displayed by everyone at Scott Roofing that I interacted with. I strongly recommend Scott Roofing for your roofing needs. You will work hard to find a better, more professional company.

One of the worst, emotionally draining experiences Ive ever had in my life. The dream addition to my historic home became an unmitigated disaster after Scott Roofing improperly applied spray foam roofing. Rain water poured through the whole perimeter of my room addition and flooded my new family room. I has just moved my brand new sectional sofa, brand new credenza, brand new area rug and a brand new $3,000 plasma t.v. into my new family room two days after Scott Roofing finished their botched foam roof work. Scott Roofing did not pay for any of the damages to my belongings, and to make matters worse they sprayed hot roofing foam on my $40,000 SUV and absolutely ruined the paint job. You would think that after such a major screw up Scott Roofing would send out one of their finest supervisors to rectify the problem; wrong...the guy they sent out reeked of alcohol (on more than one occasion) and had about as much customer service skills as a box of rocks. Please beware of Scott Roofing. They in no uncertain terms marred three of the biggest purchases that Ive ever made in my life (home, home furnishings and automobile). Absolutely disgraceful.

I was very pleased with the service I received from this company. Brad (estimator) was very thorough and up front in answering all of my questions and the quote he provided was pretty much spot on, Alice (office) was friendly and informative in getting my project scheduled and Nick (superintendent) was very pleasant to work with considering I had to be at work during the project so he had to deal with my not always being immediately available to discuss things. I do not know the names of the guys who did the work, but they showed up on the correct days and at the times that were specified. The best part was when I came home to new, finished patio covers that looked great and there was absolutely no sign they had been in my back yard - all of the debris etc. had been completely cleaned up and my gate was closed and latched, which was very important to me because I have 2 dogs! I will be using this company when it comes time to do the full roof on my house and would highly recommend them!

Just a short note to you and your company for a “Job Well Done”. the Ahwatukee Recreation Center contracted Scott Roofing to repair and foam the roof on our Fitness Center. Although the total project was done in a professional manner, the following areas were exceptionally professionally presented: 1. Craig presented a very professional and detailed proposal, including aerial views of the project 2. Tony, on site Supervisor did an exceptional job in communicating with me on a daily basis and keeping me advised on the project and any project issues 3. Communications: three companies were involved in this project. Tony and his staff did an exceptional job in communicating and coordinating the roofing project among these companies 4. Excellent on-site supervision. Rest assured that Scott Roofing will be our primary contact on any future roofing projects here at Ahwatukee Recreation Center. It was my experience with Bob that made me decide to go with Scott Roofing. The first reason I chose your company was because Bob was the ONLY estimator that walked, measured and diagramed the entire roof. Your competitors only focused on the area that I had a problem with. The second reason was Bob’s willingness to check at the bone yard to try to find matching tiles. Your competitor’s didn’t even offer. The third reason was that Bob took the time to sit down and go over everything in detail. He made me feel like a valued customer, and I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. I had gathered three bids from your competitors and Scott Roofing was not the most affordable. However, after talking with Bob and comparing how he approached his bid against your competitors, I felt more comfortable going with Scott Roofing and paying the higher price because I believed that my repairs would be done correctly.

I wanted to take a moment to comment on the exceptional performance of Alex and the team that re-roofed my garage recently. I employed Scott Roofing some years ago when I had the house re-roofed and was very pleased with the results so my expectations were high. Mr. Davies and his crew exceeded even those expectations. The roofing was excellent, but the crew went beyond that. My garage, yard, and driveway were almost spotless in the clean-up that was completed. Additionally, the crew even removed some branches I had laying in the yard that I had cut away giving them access to the garage. When I contacted my neighbor to ensure that their yard had not suffered from any of the falling debris, they indicated that the crew was “very sweet” stopping by their house to see if the clean-up was to their satisfaction. I am impressed and wanted to be sure their thoroughness was recognized.

I cant say enough about how good Scott Roofing Company is to work with and their work is above the highest standard. When issues were found they fixed them without hesitation and with no extra charge. The workers were easy to work with and very professional. The supervisor was also on the job site most of the time ensuring that they job was done correct and also pitched in doing his share of the work. They listened to me the customer and helped me understand what was gong on all the time always offering suggestions to the end results. I was not discouraged to ask questions when I had them. They were on the job on time and never left until the job was completed even working in o the night using flashlights to finish. I would recommend this company to anyone and rate them an A++
