I would recommend Kimball Roofing to anyone needing repair or roof replacement. I had received multiple quotes and Kimball Roofing was a fair quote that also included a lifetime warranty on the waterproof membrane roof. The guys that came to install the roof were kind and got to work immediately. Gary came to the house he made sure everything was going smoothly and answered the questions I had. The job took only one day to complete and they were great about cleaning up. There was no mess left behind and Gary was great about following up and checking the work and making sure I was happy. If you are looking for roof work these are the people for you. They were all kind, professional, and always willing to answer questions.

Called your company for help getting my roof fixed in September 2016 here we are Black Friday 2016 and I STILL have not seen them to come by to do my roof!!! I will never use this company for any roofing issues once their warranty on their product is over!!!! stay away from these people, they were all too quick to take my $3500 down payment for the work to be done, but theyre not too quick about getting out to get my roof fixed, which is leaking all over me and customers. No good!!! WTF?? get your stuff together company. This is the only time I will use you.

Just called to have someone come out to do an estimate on our house. I mentioned that we were selling... their employee then asked if we were looking to replace it for lower cost...i replied yes, like any sensible person would say and she told me that this is not the company for us because Kimball is very high end..... jaw dropped! How does this person know what i consider to be low cost? No worries, i have a large sum of equity coming from the sale of my home that Ill gladly give to anyone else to repair my roof.

Just as the review before this one dated March 26, 2011, when we tried to get a leak fixed on a roof Kimball did two and half years ago, we were told they changed their name. So they wont fix it. Yet its the same company. I wonder if I change my name if I wont have to pay their bill?
