USED to be a nice place to bring the kids. Has that changed recently. A parent shared that they were investigated by the state and did very poorly - safety violations, not feeding the children enough food - firing good teachers as they answered the states questions honestly. Classrooms constantly over ratio of kids to teachers. They are understaffed and turning away students. One child complained of being hurt by THE DIRECTOR and this child was asked to leave the center. I cannot wait to read the report the state is producing. I would recommend bringing your children ANYWHERE but here for their safetys sake. There are many child care centers in Dover NH - PLEASE, for your childs sake, choose one of these. Ss

First I would like to say my child was happy there for a time, until the past 6-8 months. Her teachers are gone, no reason was given as to why! The lack to communication that the director has with parents is horrible, she is never there! Experienced teachers are replaced with inexperienced who knows what types of people! The food portions are small and of poor quality. There were also concerns for my childs safety. I would highly recommend bringing your children to another place for child care! This place is not worth your money, and be aware of safety issues!

My children have been attending Cross Road for 2 years and 13 months respectively, and I couldnt be happier with Miss Rachel and her staff. The staff are all so friendly and nurturing, and provide a safe environment for my children to play and learn in.

Thank you, and your staff for everything you do for my son. I have absolutely no worries about leaving him in your care on a day to day basis because I know he is not only well taken care of, but he is also very happy to be with the other children.

My son has been going here for over a year he has learned soooo much. All the teachers there are awsome. Ill never take my son anywhere else.
