Its always scary moving to a new neighborhood and having to find new places to have essential services performed. I had four pairs of pants that needed hemming. The more places I called, the cost went up per pair and the time before they would be hemmed became longer. I called Blacks on Saturday afternoon, and spoke to a man who said theyd be ready by Monday afternoon and only cost $11 per pair (this was at least $1 cheaper per pair than places who wouldnt have them done by Wednesday at the earliest)!! The people who work here are extraordinarily nice, and my pants were perfectly hemmed and pressed when I picked them up. I was so impressed that even though its not in my neighborhood, Ill be taking all of my alterations here in the future, as well as my dry clean items. Thanks, Blacks!

I had a devastating house fire in 2013. Only very few of my possessions survived. Including my wardrobe. I had a Betsey Johnson down coat that I cherished. It survived, but the odor was unbearable. Even after sitting in a bag ever since. This cleaner was able to remove the odor with one dry clean. It took me this long to get the courage to clean the coat. I cant express how happy this makes me. I especially wanted the coat to my move to Alaska. There impeccable work along with their courteous service just made me feel like a million bucks. Highly recommend this business.

Blacks Dry Cleaners is the only dry cleaner Ive gone to in 17+ years. The management is highly customer-service focused and are very attentive to what you want done. Whats more, no matter how seldom a customer comes back, they remember you!

thats all i was looking for. to trust that my clothes that Ive spent money on dont come back irreparably bad. The clothes look clean and smooth. Gave a four b/c there was a small crease. is that bad? probably more like a 4.75.
