They use safety pins to hold pants and skirts on a shirt hanger rather than putting them on a pants hanger when the clothes were returned. This left large and noticeable holes in the wastebands. They also told me they would call me when my clothes were ready. They did not do this. I tried calling multiple times to check if they were ready before going to the store but the number listed goes straight to voicemail. They are cheap and maybe your clothes will not come back damaged, but if youre cleaning an article of clothing that you dont want ruined you should probably look elsewhere.

My girlfriend dropped of my clothes, pants and a shirt, in the morning and asked me to pick them up at the end of the day. When I got there they had switched my shirt with a cheap brand. When they finally found my shirt it was not clean maybe even worse. I only paid for their shoddy service because they threatened to call the local authorities.
