I dropped off some slacks for cleaning and alteration the Tuesday of Thanksgiving week, making it very clear that I needed to perform in these on Friday night. They printed me a ticket saying they would be ready at 5pm on Friday. When I called Friday afternoon they said that they wouldnt actually be ready, because they didnt realize the place that they use for the actual cleaning would be closed. Because of this I had to go buy a new pair (on crowded Black Friday no less). This was annoying, but what really bothered me is that when I went back to pick up the pants several days later, explaining that I had been forced to purchase a new pair, they were unwilling to give me a discount on the job. The man said that cutting discounts doesnt leave much room for profit. I had to buy a new pair of pants on account of this mistake and they were more concerned about their profit than my loss. Poor customer service.

This store is run by friendly people who try to get your clothes clean/altered when you need it. Ive never had a problem with this place. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that it is a little more pricey than Im used to in the Northeast.
