AWFUL PLACE!!!! If there were a lower score I would definitely use it! They do not know how to use their dry cleaning chemicals and actually SHRUNK my fiances suit jacket sleeves. How you might ask...by putting too much of the chemical solution on the sleeves and then putting it through a dry cleaning cycle, THEY MAY AS WELL HAVE JUST WASHED IT IN THE WASHER AND IT WOULDVE SHRUNK EVENLY. When we noticed that his sleeves were at his ELBOWS we took the jacket in (it was a Saturday night) the girl at the front told us that yes the sleeves had been shrunk by the looks of it, and that we would have to come back in on Monday because that is when the owner was there. So we go back, and he has the nerve to tell us that WE shrunk the sleeves on purpose. (Why would anyone do that?!?) Then he goes on to say that the jacket came in like that...(but I thought you just said that we had shrunk it...) All in all the customer service leaves A LOT to be desired, and I will NEVER go back to this dry cleaner. BEWARE WHEN DROPPING OFF YOUR CLOTHES, THEY WILL RUIN THEM AND THEN BLAME YOU FOR IT BEING RUINED!!

My niece was visiting from Canada and had her prom dress dry cleaned. Some intricate bead work got broken in the process. I was so upset becasue the dress had belonged to her great grandmother and we had just had the beading sewn on to update it a bit. The owner did everything possible to rectify the situation. We bought some new bead work (the owner even offered to drive to the store and get it for us), the store reimbursed us the expense of the new piece, and had their seamstresses sew it back on the same day so the dress could go back up to Canada the next day. I feel that was everything she could possibly do to fix a bad situation. My niece was even happier with the new piece. Happy ending!

I have been taking my clothes to be altered here since I moved to the area. I recently brought a pair of pants to be repaired, whose altered seam began to unravel after approximately 5 washes. Upon close inspection, one can see where the inner seam was not done properly. The employee was extremely condescending and rude as she stated very loudly that I was outside the "10 day policy" for having clothes adjusted. When I stated that I would just take my business elsewhere, she told me that they would make an exception only this one time. She made me feel like I was trying to take advantage of them by asking them to fix what was not done properly in the first place.

Picked up dry cleaning and alterations only to be told that they didnt add the buttons I had requested, when I asked her for a refund for that service (since they already had my clothes for five days and I didnt want to come back) she questioned me if i was charged for it. I dont know. You should know what i was charged for. If the gal who had received my clothes requested you put a button on each of my cuffs Im fairly certain she would charge me for that service. After trying to explain this I suggested that I find a new dry cleaner. Her response was "thats ok, we have plenty of customers"

I gave them a tough challenge... hemming a Chicos travel knit dress and skirt. I had put it off, because I knew that not just "anyone" could do even a satisfactory job with this type of fabric. (Chicos usually recommends a seamstress out of Portland.) I took my chances and told Alla that if she wasnt comfortable, just tell me. She assured me she could handle it. I would not know that either of them had been altered if they werent shorter than when I took them in. I worried that she might shorten them too much or that the seams would pucker. I worried for nothing. Perfect job!

I just called after reading reviews that they work with people on short notice. I guess not so much anymore. Turnaround time is six days, which is fine if your zipper didnt break two days before an event. They also should look into training the phone girl, who is very apparently 15. If I ask "I need it by Wednesday, is that too short notice?" The response isnt "Our turn around time *gum smacking over the phone* is six days. So, yeah." ...I mean I guess that answers the question?

Ive had multiple items worked on at this location and each time I have walked away highly satisfied. I almost always put my alterations off at the last minute, but they always manage to have my things done that very same day. Work quality is excellent, and they are always willing to get it done sooner if needed. No disappointments or regrets!

They quoted me $7.50 to machine wash and press three flannel shirts. Showed up to pick up my shirts on the date stamped on my receipt and they had done nothing. They said it would now be $21 because the shirts were "heavy". No thanks. Got a refund and my wadded up shirts. Ill be going elsewhere.

I will not ever be going to this dry cleaner again. They are extremely overpriced & failed to properly clean my item. There is no point in paying to have something cleaned if they do not actually clean the item. I recommend for others to save their time & money by going elsewhere.

The owner is very rude.... She tailgated me thru 2 construction zones then she passed me thru a residential neighborhood then flips me off. She proceeds to drive in a school zone going at least 40. I called and found out it was the OWNER who did all that.

A wonderful place where you dont have to worry about anything, Ive dropped clothes off for both cleaning and getting altered and both times I left with 100% satisfaction. I really recommend this place over any other ones that I have been to.

Amazing service, very satisfied and happy. Always had complicated projects and the seamstresses always made sure that they did their best to satisfy me. Seamstresses have 30+ experience and they know what they are doing!
