I am a first time customer. Some of the worst service I have experienced. Although my clothes look great, I will not be returning. My mom took my clothes here 5 years ago for me to pick up in my name. They had my moms credit card on file, so they took it upon themselves to charge her credit card on file for my entire purchase today. The manager and "owner" acted as if I was doing them a disservice by crediting my moms credit card and charging my credit card for my purchase. The owner said this was because, "the software is too sophisticated". Im very confused as to how you decided to charge my mothers credit card when the only information I gave you when I dropped off my clothes was my name. Thats borderline illegal.

I took an expensive 700 suit there I needed it the next day for court and they told me they could have it ready no problem . I showed up the next morning my suit came back smelling like something foul and the stains they told me the could remove were still in my shirt and tie and the suit smelled terrible. I saw tide dry cleaners and I expected top notch service . This place is a disgrace to the tide name I wont even buy there laundry detergent anymore due to the terrible experience I had at this store . Its the worst dry cleaners Ive ever seen dryel the at home kit could do a better job then the service provided at this store absolutely terrible . I wish they had negative star ratings for this dump

Im only reviewing because I had to look up their phone number... subsequently I saw Tide had a moderately low star rating. Hummmm? Let me just tell you this place is AMAZING! Never have my clothes been cleaner, smelled fresher or been handled in a more delicate and professional manner. Everything is new and bight, customer service is awesome! Love the convenience of drive-thru valet, I am also signed up for their (free) pick-up and delivery...couldnt ask for more. Sounds stupid to get jazzed about the dry cleaners but TIDE rocks !

So far Ive been vert happy with the level of service. Its nice that you can pull up to the door and they pick up or deliver to your car. You dont even have to get out of your car if you dont want to. They also have a drop off and lockers to pick up after hours. You have to call ahead of time for the locker service. They even give you a big bag to put your laundry in and it has your info. in it for when you drop off after hours. Excellent customer service and its very convenient!

I am done! I spend a ton of money here since it opened. Recently, they lost 5 of my shirts and have given me the run around since November 7. Through their own admission they took in 9 shirts and turned back 4 to me when I came in. I get excuse upon excuse and if not resolved by this Friday, I will seek legal assistance. The shirts were new this fall and cost anywhere from $50 to $95 each. The help there on weekends is useless

Called ahead of time to have my clothes picked up after hours. My clothes were supposed to be in the locker but were not. They charged my credit card, but I was unable to get my clothes. I was pregnant and had to wear the same maternity pants to work 2 days in a row because of this. I received no real compensation for this error and inconvenience.

Arrived at 7pm, when they "official closed", but doors were unlocked & employees still there. They would NOT give me my clothes because they were too lazy to turn turn on register & do math/recount books...even when I was going to use debit/credit card. Thanks a lot for not going out of your way to help someone out!

I love this dry cleaners! They do a great job and always go out of their way. I have shown up a couple times right after close and if they are there they always help. I have also needed things done last minute and they are always accommodating.

Management failed to make things right after my top was ruined. I paid for the dry cleaning and never was reimbursed for them ruining my $100 top!! Dont trust them to "make it right".

They charged drycleaning on normal cotton shirts. Thats 4$ more.. atleast they should have called to know if normal wash isnt possible. Rippoff.
