I would give a zero star is possible. Talk about no customer service. I think they hired new employees because when this location first opened they were so customer service oriented and were courteous and looked up coupons to apply to my order because I spend hundreds of dollars here every month. That customer service made their mistakes palatable. They would lose items and claim they didnt, only to eventually find them and contact me. They overcharge, but at least had the courtesy to find the 25% off coupon. Guess that customer service was only to entice new customers, not to keep the existing customers and maintain consistent happy clients. If anyone has any recommendations for a good, cost effective dry cleaning service, Im looking!

Practically was waist of money. My Burberry shirt had coffee stains which they couldnt remove it even though I got charged extra for something they couldnt dry clean and for my red color jeans had small stain that I got passing by dirty car. So Tide dry cleaners completely damaged it. Now red color pans has white stains on it like they used a bleach or something. I showed it the front desk lady and her answer was we dont make any promises. And this is a second time happen to me here twice with in a month. Sach a waist of money

The service here is phenomenal! The girls always have my uniforms cleaned and perfectly pressed on time, consistently exceeding my expectations! This cleaners has by far set a new standard in the industry, I will never go anywhere else. It is apparent that their customers are put above all else, the girls even take the time to remember my name making my experiences very pleasant and personal. I must say, I feel very welcomed and appreciated ever time I walk through the doors, which is at least once a week for me.

I am from out of town and someone spilled a full beer on my sport coat. The dry cleaner that the hotel used was not able to do anything with the jacket. I talked to Chuck and he thought they could help me. I picked up my jacket and I would saw 90% of it came out.....I was grateful for people dedicated to their profession and helping out a guy in need. Thank You!!!

I went to this place about a week ago for the first time with my wife and we both dislike it. We came in before closing and it was already shut down so we left thinking they closed early then I found out they didnt. I have left multiple voicemails and never got a call back. I would not recommend to anyone looking to get their clothes done right. Their pressers suck
