At the end of July my home was vandalized, WHAT A MESS ! My insurance adjustor recommended I have all of my clothes laundered and dry cleaned as needed. I had the pleasure of meeting Kris on a Monday morning with a full pickup load of things that needed to be cleaned. I also needed a estimate on what it would cost. I could tell everyone was very busy. Kris made me feel like I was the only person in the shop! Before the end of the day she had a estimate put together. All of my worries were put to rest when Kris went over and above the call of duty. Needless to say everything was done perfectly. Kudos to Kris and the staff at Pilgram Dry Cleaners and Launderers/Bloomington MN. Thank You Kris for a job well done!
