Ive been a 3D customer for over a decade and wouldnt think of taking my BMWs anywhere else. 3D is family owned, treats their customers like family, and treats their customers cars as if they were their own. Unlike dealerships, 3D actually diagnoses whats wrong with your car rather than just replace expensive part after part until something works. I never feel like Im getting talked into anything I dont need at 3D, and often during routine service, 3D recommends that I spend *less* money by waiting on work that doesnt need to be done yet. Thanks to 3D, my first BMW made it past 220,000 miles. My second is about to hit 100,000 miles and Im looking forward to the next 100,000.

Cant say enough good about the folks at 3D Auto Works. The way they treat their customers is absolutely above and beyond amazing. Im purchasing my first BMW, an E60 M5, which if you know these vehicles you know how finicky this particular model can be if not properly cared for. The vehicle was looked over with a fine tooth comb, and Dave took quite a bit of time to explain everything he found, as well as telling me what to keep an eye out for in the future. He is clearly incredibly knowledgeable about these vehicles, and I wouldnt hesitate for even a second to recommend 3D Auto Works to anyone and everyone with a BMW or Mini. This will be my go to shop for everything BMW related.
