If you make the mistake of visiting this location, you better take pics of your car first! I dropped my girlfriends car off for an inspection, all well and good. Go back to pick it up and there is a huge, dented in, scrape! The scrape was also located way up high on the side just below where it slopes into the roof! Way to high for it to have been another vehicle, they obviously must have scraped it with one of the lifts somehow! Then when I confronted the manager he tried to tell me I brought it in like that! Really!? How low is that!? They actually tried blaming me for their screw up! So they obviously arent bothered by screwing people, BUYER BEWARE!!! Dont say I didnt WARN you!!!

Love this place! The people are absolutely fantastic!! I fully trust them with my car, because they are honest and professional people. Kyle did a lot of great work on my Toyota. He would also carefully explain the problem, everything their team have fixed, and how exactly it works now. The place has a nice and friendly atmosphere. If I need to wait for my car I would always be happy to chat with Linda. It is a pleasure to talk to her! Midas in Cranston is my favorite auto repair place to go to! They are attentive, straight-forward, and real specialists.

These folks here are GREAT!!! I drive from Richmond RI just to service my vehicles here. They are fair and honest. They will not do unneeded repairs and always call before they do any installs that cost out of pocket expenses. I have saved thousands over the course of the years in unneeded repairs that other shop swould have done.

Damaged Car!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! I went in for a simple tire change and they brought out my car with a CRACK in my front bumper! The guy claimed the mechanic did not do it and then walked away!!! I know it was not there when I brought it in, but I could not prove it. Now, I have to SPEND more money to get it fixed!!!

This Midas location is MY only choice for maintaining my two vehicles and two trailers. Every single time I walk in, there are other happy, pleasant customers smiling and talking and the atmosphere is very friendly. These guys are great.
