I wouldnt write a negative online review except under very special circumstances. Reservoir Auto really deserves it. I brought my car in on a Saturday, and was told theyd call me back in half an hour. I started calling an hour later, and then walked back two hours later to find the place closed. Stranded, and with no word from them through Monday morning after work started. At that point they told me the problem was that the AC compressor seized up, and I needed to buy a used part to replace it. I went to the junk yard, bought it, gave it to them. Then they told me it wouldnt be ready until the following afternoon. Tuesday afternoon they called me to tell me it wasnt the compressor at all, and that I needed a new alternator (so clearly, they hadnt even worked on the problem until then). When I went in, they wouldnt lower the bill by the price of the compressor ($80), and finally agreed to reduce the bill by only $40 - and keep the compressor which theyd been saying they couldnt do anything with! They were deceptive, unprofessional and unreasonable. I hate to be harsh, but I really recommend avoiding this place.

This place is terrible! Avoid at all cost! As soon as you walk inside this place there are no pleasantries whatsoever. I left my car here to get a few things fixed. It took them 2 WEEKS for them to give me a run down on what needed fixing (I needed a new windshield, brakes and a new computer)! The day I FINALLY received an answer out of them they informed me they checked my car just the day before!!! They also tried to charge me for a car battery they did not EVEN BUY!!! The customer service in this place is grotesque!

Paul, Peter and Richard have been working with me and my father for years. They are very reasonable in cost and only do what is needed rather than adding extra work. They are efficient and affordable. I am very pleased with my mechanic and do recommend them to everyone I know who needs auto work. Therefore I definitely recommend them to all!

Cant beleive every thing you read.Ive been going there for 20 plus years and am very happy with the service and are reasonably priced I would and have recomended them to both family and friends

For the 2nd time, the auto mechanic at this shop put his dirty hands all over my tan interior. It will cost me more money to clean it than the services they provided.
