I have been there 4 times now since March (it is May 4). The first time they were pleasant. When I went back because the problem with the battery hadnt been resolved I was told that there was a different problem, which had initially tested fine. I then saw 2 other mechanics who told me my problem was with the battery. I went back a third time and was treated horribly (not by the owner, by a woman in the office). Even the paperwork I was given back after the 3rd visit was written condescendingly. I then took my car to 2 different mechanics (different from the previous 2) who did all kinds of tests and redirected me back to the battery, telling me the wrong series had been put in my car in the first place. I went in with the paperwork I had been given from everyone else and asked for the correct battery to be put in my car. I picked my car up later and was told the battery had been changed but it was still the same series I had asked to have changed. My requests were not honored and I was treated horribly. I will absolutely never go back. I would give zero stars if I could post this without marking something.

I needed some tires urgently during a trip up north, and no other place had my size tires in stock but these guys. They have a giant warehouse right behind the parking lot. The service writer Dave is very knowledgeable​, friendly and helpful. 4 tires comes with free life time rotation at any Stratham Tire. You cant go wrong with this place. Highly recommended!

Trustworthy and friendly. I travel a lot in my car, and needed someone local who I could trust. After trying a number of local places, I found Mile at Stratham Tire a couple of years ago and have had excellent service every time I have needed them. I would highly recommend them to anyone .
