I called to schedule for oil change and tire rotation on December 22. The earliest appointment is the 27th or the 28th. I realize there is Christmas on Sunday but to wait this many days for oil change is unacceptable. When I asked for a sooner date the person at Firestone kept saying "Wednesday". What kind of an answer is that to a customer that gets service on all his vehicles for all kinds of repair. I simply hope Firestone would do a better job. I am so disappointed that I am wondering if I should ever go there or find another business that would appreciate me doing business with them. They had done a great job in the past and I am hoping they are not careless with their customers.

I brought my kids car here for tires and had a accelerator problem on the way to the shop. The service writer pretty much knew what the problems were... and knew the quirks of the car. They fixed it, installed the tires within my budget request. The service writer even took me out and showed me everything they did. The shop covers all the interior so there wasnt any grease on the seats or doors. I was impressed with the whole experience.

Gave me bad*ss winter tires that have lasted me 2 years and all for the most competitive price! Was in and out faster than I thought. Brought it there for an inspection and was also a great experience. Anyone who expects an inspection to be less than 40 is a cheapskate. Thats the average price people.

Ive been servicing my vehicles here for over 15 years. These folks have been consistently honest, reasonably priced, and reliable. They do good work. They also treat my adult daughters well when they bring their cars in for service which I also appreciate!

I brought my car in and a few days later, I was in a major accident. The clips on the vent fell into the calibrator and locked my car on accelerate. I nearly died. Dont take your car here, I repeat, dont take your car here.

I took my Honda Pilot in for an alignment. This is the third time Ive had this car in to various places for an alignment and its still not right. I will continue the search but will not go back to Firestone.

The worst worst experience I was there thrice and even without looking at the car they gave the price estimate he was very rude Im. It going there at any cost the worst experience . Find some other place .

Just got four brand new tires put on and rotated and was in and out in less than an hour. I also shopped around for price and these guys were the most competitive. Nice waiting area too.

Not only do they charge more for nh state inspections, but Ive been here 1.5 hours and still waiting, even though they said is be "in and out." Go to your local shop.
